Sigh... just another confusion-seeding liberal writer on a top-secret mission. His mother WAS a U.S. citizen, so he was born as a U.S. citizen (or naturalized later in the U.S. with her as his mother). But his father was NOT a U.S. citizen (probably a Brit), so he was NOT a "natural born" U.S. citizen, because that takes BOTH parents.
The fact that he has been serving in that office ... creates a constitutional crisis ... that will take decades to straighten out.

Ultimately, even if President Obama is proven to be an “illegal President”, I suspect most the the real perps in the debacle will escape being branded or deserved punnishment. The reason that Obama is in the WH is due to a flagrant and intentional transgression of constitutional law perpetrated by politicians belonging to both parties of the political spectrum.
The true depth of this treasonous scandal is yet to be revealed.
In addition, isn’t it true that the Common Law definition of Natural Born Citizen includes:
1) Birth in the Country, AND
2) Mother and Father both naturalized citizens of said country?

Laser printing is for legal documents because the ink is heated and fuses with the paper, making it indelible.
But, what's this? Between when the Daily Kos/Fight the Smears and the Factcheck photograph was taken, the ink in the HI seal eroded at the fold.
The Factcheck COLB is not a laser printed HI DOH document.
The circumstances, which grow more bizarre almost daily, do not pass the smell test or the snicker test, and Obama is allowed to get away with it, especially by the media, which only selectively perform their political watchdog role these days.
