First Of Two Parts
I will give you the unpleasant punch line upfront: There is sufficient evidence to reasonably conclude that Barack Obama is probably not a U.S. citizen, therefore constitutionally ineligible to be president of the United States.
The fact that he has been serving in that office would then be not only the most audacious hoax in world history — at least since the Trojan Horse. It also creates a constitutional crisis of the first magnitude that will take decades to straighten out.
We will now approach this one step at a time to break the news to you gradually.
First, what makes anyone think that Obama is really a citizen of the U.S., natural born or otherwise? What hard evidence is there to rely on?
The evidentiary test for citizenship is a ridiculously low hurdle, and Obama has not been able to surmount it — except to the satisfaction of 50 careless state secretaries of state who certified eligibility to run in the 2008 presidential election, even though the Obama campaign organization did not produce an original birth certificate or any other evidence of citizenship. Typical quality for government work!
Real U.S. citizens are required to demonstrate hard proof of that type all the time for countless purposes, from obtaining a passport to playing Little League baseball, and Obama still cannot find his birth certificate. And now, in a remarkable coincidence, neither can the state government of Hawaii! More on that later.

I live in the country, it’s almost 8 PM, I’m in for the night. If this appeared in print, wonderful. I really don’t believe that it did, though.
I have a feeling that Doctor is going to be exonerated, reinstated and honored by the next President. Possibly as her first official act after taking office.

In addition, isn’t it true that the Common Law definition of Natural Born Citizen includes:
1) Birth in the Country, AND
2) Mother and Father both naturalized citizens of said country?
Doesn’t Barry Soetoro fail #2, because his Father was a British subject?
That’s a simpler more direct attack, and doesn’t rely on any birth record whatsoever.

On #2, I believe natural born citizen means born here in the states or territory to parents that were either citizen by birth or one was naturalized and the other was born here
Since Daddy 0bama was a Kenyan subject of the British Crown, doesn’t that disqualify him from “Natural Born Citizen” status all by itself?

Right - for exactly the same reason - he’s not a second generation citizen. With all respect to yourself, the founders put that requirement because 1st gen citizens are more likely to harbour allegience to other countries/princes/etc.
the former gov. of California is a naturalized citizen...he was not born in this country.

It helps to remember that the Clinton-Bush coziness goes back to the days of Iran-Contra, when Papa Bush was supervising covert arms shipments to Latin America out of Arkansas (with drugs making the return trip) and Governor Clinton was busy looking the other way. Further, as was clear during abortive Republican investigations into various Clinton scandals, in the culture of impunity of Washington, politics stops at corruption's edge. Almost all major corruption is either bipartisan or common enough that one side can effectively blackmail the other.
There is? All anyone has seen have photographs taken at the Obama Campaign headquarters in 2008, by two professional Leftists from 'Factcheck'. This supposedly of a COLB laser-printed from the HI DOH.
Laser printing is for legal documents because the ink is heated and fuses with the paper, making it indelible.
But, what's this? Between when the Daily Kos/Fight the Smears and the Factcheck photograph was taken, the ink in the HI seal eroded at the fold.
The Factcheck COLB is not a laser printed HI DOH document.
The circumstances, which grow more bizarre almost daily, do not pass the smell test or the snicker test, and Obama is allowed to get away with it, especially by the media, which only selectively perform their political watchdog role these days. Unfortunately, because the implications are so ominous for our nation, this is not funny at all.

Do we know if the Nordyke family recently requested that birth certificate, or is it the copy they’ve had since 1961? The reason I’m curious is because, in my Sunday newspaper last weekend, there was an article stating that no one, not even Obama, could obtain a copy of his long-form birth certificate now because Hawaii’s policy is not to release them. But if the Nordykes were able to obtain that copy recently, then that’s obviously a lie.
Of course, if Obama already has a long-form birth certificate in his possession, he needs to show it or explain the reason why not. There’s also the matter of all the money he’s spent to avoid showing it, and all the other questions and problems. So he’s still not off the hook, but I’m just curious.
