Donald Trump slammed Robert DeNiro Monday, following the Oscar-winners criticisms of him this weekend, telling Fox News that the actor is not the brightest bulb on the planet.
I like his acting, but in terms of when I watch him doing interviews and various other things, were not dealing with Albert Einstein, Trump told Fox & Friends Monday.
He can say what he wants but the fact is that this guy has not revealed his birth certificate, a lot of people agree with me.
DeNiro is among a growing number of Hollywood stars who have criticized Trump for his comments, including comedian Jerry Seinfeld.

De Niro campaigning with obama...
Give ‘em Hell, Donald!
I wish Trump would also emphasize the other records that Obama is hiding.
De Niro - that’s the leftist propagandist who played a serial killer evangelical christian, and when he killed his victims, told them “are you ready to speak in tongues”.
Leftist. Propagandist. The Enemy.
A disturbing pattern I've been seeing is that when someone speaks out against him, Trump often seems to respond with: "Look, I'm a lot smarter than you."
I consider that to be a poor strategy for just about anyone -- certainly a bad strategy for people in politics.
Robert De Niro, Mel Brooks, and Bruce Springsteen with the obamas at the Kennedy Center...
Now that’s funny, right there...
I give up. What’s that she’s wearing?
Oh please, it’s about time somebody puts these celebritards in their place.
How right he is. De Niro plays characters with smarts, but when you see him. Interviewed, you realize it was all in the writers’ dialogue. Plus all his girlfriends happen to be black so he is a part of the group who supports Obama for a dumb reason.
so refreshing, someone stating that they like an actor’s movies but that the guy is an idiot. Really makes the point that actors’ have nothing qualifying their opinions on politics as even being necessarily informed.
Royal Purple drapes from Buckingham Palace :-)))
“I consider that to be a poor strategy for just about anyone — certainly a bad strategy for people in politics.”
I agree. It is not presidential, and certainly not diplomatic to directly call someone stupid. A statesman would do it much more delicately. You know, something like saying:
When it comes to knowledge of political affairs, Robert DeNiro is a fine actor.
ouch!................
Bush acted like a Statesman, where did that get him?
Beats me!
“. . . other records Obama is hiding.”
THAT’S JUST IT!! In the past, Presidents’ university grade records, medical records, military records, and just about everything else have been public knowledge. Yet, with Obama, we “great unwashed” are told that he’s a TOTALLY HEALTHY GENIUS; and we’re to just believe it and shut up and sit down and we’re “racist” if we don’t.
With no logical basis to shut up and sit down.
