A Baltimore County McDonald's owner announced on Saturday afternoon that an employee who taped the violent beating of a customer — a video that went viral Friday — had been fired.
"My first and foremost concern is with the victim," franchise owner Mitchell McPherson said in a statement, adding that action might be taken against other restaurant workers as well. "I'm as shocked and disturbed by this assault as anyone would be. The behavior displayed in the video is unfathomable and reprehensible."
The video of a beating the Rosedale restaurant went viral Friday, garnering hundreds of thousands of views on websites and prompting the fast-food giant to issue a statement condemning the incident.

The three-minute clip was apparently first posted on YouTube, then taken down by administrators who said it violated the site's policies. But it popped back up on other sites and was ultimately linked from the popular Drudge Report, which gave it top billing for much of the day.
County police confirmed that the attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. Police said the 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman.
Equality Maryland said the victim is a transgender woman and called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to step in and investigate the case as a hate crime. Police and prosecutors said they did not know whether the victim is a transgender woman.

That's just the point. We're not really talking about a 'man' here.
Listen, I'm not trying to make a case for bending over backwards in 'tolerance' for these people. What I'm saying is that there are people out there who have their sexual orientation circuitry wired in reverse, and that they don't see themselves as being the sex they were born as.
Yeah, it's a disturbing aberration, but hey, even they have to 'go' sometime. If a 'guy' feels like a woman 24/7, dresses that way, and lives his every waking moment that way, he's a woman in all but physiology. I don't know where else he's supposed to 'go', except the ladies room, do you?
He would probably be as uncomfortable walking into the men's room, as you would be. Now, do you really think this 'guy' is going to have the slightest sexual fixation on any woman in a public restroom? I don't.
I'd say that if it ever does happen to you, just shrug it off as a somewhat strange experience, and let it go. Don't go beating the poor fella down into the pavement like those savages at McDonalds did.
Then a call to the police would be appropriate if any exposure took place. If they go in a stall close the door do their business and stay hidden that is still not provocation.
Standing over the w/c with the door open for all and sundry to take a gander would indeed be reason for calling the police.
Bottom line, If someone says “Sir why are you in the ladies’ room?” or “Ma’am, you should not be in the men’s room.” The person needs to leave and go to the correct place.
Do you KNOW any transgender dressers, or actual transexuals? A transgender....is someone who is still a MAN but dresses like a woman. A transexual is someone who had his plumbing changed. This guy has apparently been arrested as a man for disturbing the peace....if we can believe what other FReepers have found and posted here today.
I do know a guy who dressed as a woman for years, had the sex change, then entered a lesbian relationship with another woman, then became a hindu nun (do they really have such things?). Go figure.
In any case, I do not want to share a bathroom with him. Those stalls are hardly private.
I agree. What has this country come to that we let a man in a dress enter a women’s restroom? Insanity.

Many people with physically disabled opposite sex family members are often in a dilemma of needing help from kind strangers. I very much appreciate when I have a choice of men’s, ladies, or family.
Due to my husband’s disability, I often must stick my head into the men’s restroom to call and check on my husband. He is helpless, vulnerable, and forgetful from one minute to the next. I cannot afford a sitter and many people are in my situation.
If the situation is inconceivable to you, consider yourself lucky.
Right. Regardless of what this person is,
(Latest reports say victim had had operation to remove male parts) they are still a human being.
The animals who beat this person should be jailed.
All the McDonalds employees who stood around and did nothing during this savage attack should be fired.
I hope the victim sues McDonald’s for every penny they have.
On the video, a person is repeatedly struck by another individual, and never returns a blow in defense.
Said person then stands immobile after the initial attack, only to be attacked again by the same individual and an accomplice.
This time, the person being attacked is beaten to the floor by their attackers - still never doing more than attempting to ward off the many blows from their attackers.
Eventually, the beating stops, and the perpetrators leave, only to return again to continue the assault, this time dragging the victim across the floor, in what appears to be an attempt to remove the victim from the premises.
All the while, the victim continues to be pummeled by the two attackers, who viciously kick and beat this person while they're prone on the floor.
This is what I have personally witnessed of this incident, and it's all I really know about it. Whether the victim ever tried to enter the ladies room, and whether the two attackers were responding to such an indignity, is pure speculation at this point.
I'm not here to defend sexually aberrant people, but I do have some base opinions about them, which I've already shared. It's a side issue, and I don't think there's anything more for me to add about it.
Several years ago, my mother-in-law walked into the restroom in the lobboy of a nice hotel and believed she was the only person there. Being a very cautious person, she looked under the doors of all the stalls and, low and behold, she saw men’s shoes. She quickly left and told an employee. While the employee was walking towards the door, a man ran out of the restroom and fled. I doubt he had good intentions.
Now, all a rapist has to do these days is don a dress and he can walk into any women’s room? If he gets caught, he can claim he is transgendered.

There is a statement in the police report from one of the perps that this was what happened, so it isn’t speculation and has been post on several of the many other threads about this incident.
Why didn’t the manager simply lock the doors to prevent the attackers from coming back into the store. Those girls kept coming back in and around and sucker punching and kicking the “victim”.
I notice the Manager hasn’t been fired yet....even though he was complaining about the victim bleeding all over his floor...
Ok. So were the perps justified in stomping this person into the floor for the crime of having insulted their dignity?

if you watch the video while she is having her seizure...she slaps the wall several times with her hand...I found that odd...when you are having a seizure your whole body is convulsing...but she stops convulsing...and then slaps the wall with her hand several times....
Could all of this be staged?
No way. With liberals, black trumps everything. They have their own "misgivings" about blacks that they're constantly trying to fight, and they overcompensate for it big-time. The reason they are comfortable accusing conservative of racism with such certainty is because it is unfathomable to them that a conservative wouldn't have the same feelings they secretly harbor toward blacks, only worse.
Drag those knuckles a lot do you, hit women in head with club do you. Some where along the line some behavior is not accepted by a civilized society. Now climb back in the tree and stop making up stuff that has not been written as true.

2. My other daughter’s Krav Maga
3. My pointy toed boot in your crotch.

That guy should be locked up in a loony bin where his choice of toilet wouldn't be a problem.
That being said, they shouldn't have beaten the crap out of him. A good solid slap across the face would have sufficed.
