A Baltimore County McDonald's owner announced on Saturday afternoon that an employee who taped the violent beating of a customer a video that went viral Friday had been fired.
"My first and foremost concern is with the victim," franchise owner Mitchell McPherson said in a statement, adding that action might be taken against other restaurant workers as well. "I'm as shocked and disturbed by this assault as anyone would be. The behavior displayed in the video is unfathomable and reprehensible."
The video of a beating the Rosedale restaurant went viral Friday, garnering hundreds of thousands of views on websites and prompting the fast-food giant to issue a statement condemning the incident.

The three-minute clip was apparently first posted on YouTube, then taken down by administrators who said it violated the site's policies. But it popped back up on other sites and was ultimately linked from the popular Drudge Report, which gave it top billing for much of the day.
County police confirmed that the attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. Police said the 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman.
Equality Maryland said the victim is a transgender woman and called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to step in and investigate the case as a hate crime. Police and prosecutors said they did not know whether the victim is a transgender woman.

Notice how the stories are now all referring to the “victim” and “a customer.”
I wonder how all these PC types would react to a man walking into a small restroom while THEIR fourteen year old daughter was in there.

You betcha he got fired. It’s all the evidence of negligence on the part of this Mcdonalds franchisee that will win the victim a ton of money in court.
I recall my days working as a cashier late nights at a grocery store. One night a guy came in dressed in drag and went into the ladies’ room. An elderly woman came right out complaining that a man in drag was in the ladies’ room taking pictures of himself. There were no other women in there, so they waited for him to come out. When he came out they informed him there was a complaint about him and they told him he would have to leave the store. He/she protested claiming to be a woman. His elderly mother comes along and claims he is her daughter. They finally took him to the door and he started howling about a lawsuit. They pointed to a sign that forbid cameras in the store and told him he was banned.
That happened a few years before I started working there, but he was a regular. Some days he came in in men’s clothing with dangling earrings and make up. Friday nights he would be decked out in drag with heels and wigs and the whole nine yards. Ugly. Some men can pull it off, not this guy. His mother was a hoot as well. I can see why he turned out like that. LOL
It takes all kinds.
What exactly is a transgender woman? If the person has had a sex change, then they need to pee in the ladies’ room. If not, then pis* in the mens’

Question: then this mean she/he was a man dressed as a woman?
And, what would have happened had the men intervened?
Ideally, they would have just had to declare a no-fly(ing) fists zone, and that would be it.
Just as likely — they would have been targeted too. That might have forced them to attempt to subdue the female perps. In turn, that could lead to charges of assault against the men! Perhaps even a charge of sexual assault — serious stuff, especially when one of the perps is a 14 yr. old female.
Or, the females could have produced weapons, and used them on the men. Or, there could be boyfriends waiting in the sidelines — boyfriends who would proceed to beat on the male good Samaritans.
Certainly, someone should have called 911 immediately. However, we weren't there, and we don't know enough to judge (just) the men for not intervening. The sexes are supposed to be equal — so the women are equally as culpable for just standing by (or, perhaps cheering on the perps).
He shouldn’t be only employee fired. There were other employees that didn’t do a thing to stop the beating as well.
It's no more of a "woman" than I am, no matter how many parts were cut off.
She is a he. All the hysteria yesterday.
Even the police report appears wrong. In fact the officer didn't even provide any immediate first aid to the victim.
The 'victim' provided immediate feedback to the officer. Rapid recovery from that seizure. Never underestimate the recovery power of a man.
Now, now, there are two kinds of trannies -- pre-op and post-op. The pre-ops still have their original sex organs but demand to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with.
This whole thing reminds me of “Dog Day Afternoon”, the bank robber was a hero to everybody until they found out the reason he was robbing the bank was to pay for his boyfriend’s sex change operation.
Will mcdonalds get sued for not having a transgender bathroom.
