We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonalds strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.
The pussification of America continues...
Using your logic then you would approve of suing Ford Motor Co. out of existance due to the negligence of a brake mechanic at a dealership out in bumfu#k Egypt..........yep, makes sense to me..../sarc
Gotta love the so called conservatives calling for tort reform as long as it suits their purpose then calling for the "suing the pants off" of McDonalds due to the ignorance of a franchise owner and his staff........
At least DU doesn't attempt to deny or hide their hypocrisy........
I’m not intentionally ragging on you. I just know what I saw, and it wasn’t something you’d expect from any decent human being. Whether this had been my daughter, or my cross-dressing son for that matter, I’d have blasted their ass with the 45 I carry in my truck everywhere.
“OUR president?” I think not. He’ll NEVER be MY president.
The correct form of address for these pathetic lifeforms is “Obozo and his Wookie.”
The April 18 assault, seen below, apparently took place at a McDonalds location on Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb.

If you host the McDonalds sign, you are a franchisee..........
If Ford/McD or whoever has a policy that says their employees should stand back and watch someone beaten to death, you don’t think that’s a problem?
Not if it's a company store.
The few times Ive used the restrooms in McDs & BK there was only one stall and one urinal and the doors were lockable. Because of this I tend to doubt the perv in the restroom angle. If it was then you might argue he got what he deserved but after toughing it through the video again Im not convinced the victim is a tranny.
I just watched it again and I don’t think that is the angle. They keep calling her a ‘her’, they wouldn’t do it if it was a guy. It was an interesting twist if true but I doubt it.

AA McDonalds worker has taken credit for filming and uploading to YouTube the latest viral video to capture a brutal assault at a fast food restaurant.
The employee, identified as Vernon Hackett on social network accounts, first posted the video clip to his YouTube page. According to his Facebook page, Hackett, 22, has worked for McDonalds since September 2009.
The April 18 assault, seen below, apparently took place at a McDonalds location on Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. According to the Baltimore County Police Department, a 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile in connection with the assault, while charges are pending against an 18-year-old woman. The incident remains under investigation and the States Attorneys Office is reviewing the case, added investigators.
A manager at the Rosedale McDonalds said she was not allowed to speak to a reporter.” In a corporate statement this afternoon, McDonalds said it was shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchise, and called the incident unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. The firm added, We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.
As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the womens bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, he got right up.
Hackett did not reply to TSG messages sent to his Twitter and Facebook pages, which he subsequently deleted late this morning. He also has deleted his YouTube channel.
I worked at a compnay-owned store many years ago. It was not a franchise.
I have a hard time believing anything the guy who made the tape would say, but if true it doesnt really matter. “His” actions do not merit that kind of beating.
Before I answer that question, please provide McDonald's franchisee agreement that demands that lack of action.......
If you can't, then stop wasting bandwidth with your McDonald's bashing and place the blame where it belongs.....the franchise owner.
Whatever happened to Personal accountability? Or is that only an expression used at your convenience?
You seen to have all the answers, what was it, a franchise or company store?
