You mean personal accountability of “the franchise owner” or the personal accountability of the “company policy”, or the Personal accountability of the “people who stood by and did nothing, or the “Personal accountability of the employees that tried scooting the perps out before the cops got there” or the personal accountability of the actual people who did the beating?
