The first owners of a Wheego LiFe will be Asma and Kevin Henry, residents of the Virginia Highland neighborhood in Atlanta.
Kevin says buying a Wheego LiFe was his wifes idea. Asma, a freelance consultant in international assistance programs, is committed to protecting the environment and reducing fossil fuel consumption. She walks and bikes to neighborhood shops, prefers fresh air to conditioned air, and dries laundry in the back garden. She has more than a casual interest in zero-emission vehicles and clean air because she helps manage the charity Speranta Terrei, which supports patients in Moldova with the air-borne disease tuberculosis. Asma said, We as individuals have to do our part so we can all breathe easier.

I’m confused.
I’ve seen 2 Wheegos in Manhattan on occasion. They aren’t on the market yet?
This rates a huge BRAVO FOXTROT DELTA.
*YAWN*
Does it come with Bag Racks?
A $33,000 tin can coffin.
I am just a itchin' to ask this dolt if she any idea where the electricity comes from to charge her dream car? Maybe she has figured out a way to hook her Nordic Track to a small generator and walk her way to her next shopping trip to buy the meat that magically appears from the meat factories.
There's another problem on the road...You see one of these death traps and you slow down and stay away....because you know you're the one who is going to get their pants' sued off.
You couldn't pay me to own one of those...
The vehicle might be zero emissions, but what about that antiquated electric plant that’s generating the power for the charge? And then, what to do with the power packs when the car is done? WHAT A BUNCH OF NONSENSE!
They should name it “Unicorn” and say it is powered by dreams to sell them.
Would be willing to bet she doesn’t eat meat
“The Wheego LiFe is a two-seat subcompact car with fit, finish and features designed for todays environmentally-conscious commuters.”
Recycled cardboard dash, wicker seats, built-in bong.
Two Comments:
1. Only in a fat, bloated, stupid country could you have anybody with a job like asma has. It creates no wealth for anybody, just part of the leech class.
2. Obama... “is asking for a major increase in fuel economy for 2017-2025 model year automobiles.”
My 2011 F250 Superduty. I was hanging out, chatting it up with a friend. I leaned against the right rear quadrant of the the bed... Created a dent... That’s right a dent! Because they are trying to meet Federal gas mileage targets. I have owned a 1999 Superduty, a 2003 F150, and a 2005 F150. The 2005 F150 had the same thin skin. Sneeze on the tailgate and you must replace it. The skin on these trucks are so thin I can’t imagine making it any thinner. The fing village needs to go away. I don’t want trucks that flimsy. My 99 F250 was still a real truck. So IS the 2003.
20 hp...MAX speed....65.....
Only during the every other day brown outs.
Translation = Makes a pretty good living off other peoples misery and then other people's generosity. Working for a NGO or Non Profit is the latest greatest. The neighborhood I live in has six women on my street who operate some form of non profit corporation for Aging with dignity, Youth Rescue Agency, Greener Communities Group, Building a Bridge Corps, Living in Harmony Inc, etc..... It must be lucrative because they don't do much of anything and live like queens. It also seems to be more common in same sex couples as an enterprise.
Electric cars reducing fossil fuel consumption is a ruse. These little electric toy cars have to be recharged very frequently. Unless the source of that electricity is provided by nuclear power or windmills, then it still requires fossil fuels to make them run.
But never let a “greenie” argument get in the way of the facts when you have an agenda to push.
Don't you know? It's the chinese drywall. This causes a reaction between steel nails and wood which generates electricity inside the wall.
Chinese drywall, because you can't get something from nothing.
Oops, it should read “But never let the FACTS get in the way of a greenie argument when you have an agenda to push”
“Wheego” sounds like a toy company. Is coincidence excluded??
