The neighborhood I live in has six women on my street who operate some form of non profit corporation for Aging with dignity, Youth Rescue Agency, Greener Communities Group, Building a Bridge Corps, Living in Harmony Inc, etc..... It must be lucrative because they don't do much of anything and live like queens. It also seems to be more common in same sex couples as an enterprise.
