Obama born in Honolulu is pretty well established to those open to facts.
Obama was a citizen at birth by virtue of his American citizen Mom and by his birthplace in USA.
I would say that they only one of these points that is remotely questionable is the natural-born item, but ‘remotely’ because court rulings have all rejected birther arguments so far, and common sense view of NBC is that it equates to being a citizen from birth. It’s the only real leg birthers can stand on, but its a weak one.

Actually, a state of hawaii official DID say that Obama was a ‘natural-born citizen’ in vouching for his birth record, and the birther critics chastised her for that, pointing out that she’s not a Constitutional scholar or judge. So, damned if you do, damned if you dont I guess.

The Supreme Court takes separation of powers very seriously. There is no way they would attempt to take upon themselves the removal of a president. No matter how strong the evidence, they would be more than happy to shake a stick at Article I and toss the hot potato over to Congress.

I used to love GB’s radio show. He has changed over the last few years, to the point I can not listen to him. He was a good guy, he was informative, he was entertaining - not any more.
