Michele Bachmann scored a victory in a straw poll held at a conservative conference over the weekend.
The Minnesota congresswoman won 23 percent of the vote from attendees of The Awakening 2011, a gathering at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Though she was scheduled to address attendees, Bachmann sent a video message instead while she remained in Washington because of the potential government shutdown.
Mike Huckabee came in a close second place, taking 23 percent. Newt Gingrich, who actually spoke to the conference’s luncheon of conservative leaders, received about 21 percent of the vote. Ron Paul captured 12 percent of the vote, while more people choose “other” than voted for Sarah Palin, Tim Pawlenty, Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney or Haley Barbour.

But I did see people saying Bachmann does not know her US history? blah blah blah...Bachmann is a tax attorney that is for the fair tax and downsizing big gov i e.... all the left political arms including the Dept of Educ.Independents favor Bachmann because of the fair tax and other issues.This is good news for us.
There are some on here that are diehard Palin lovers that will write her name in even if she is not running. I have seen such childish remarks as....Sarah was THERE first, The tea party used Sarah... blah blah blah. Primary infighting is normal but the diehard PALIN ONLY PERIOD lovers seem to like to ban/diss all those that are open to maybe Bachmann/West/Trump whoever.
I am not for any one candidate at this time. I don’t agree with the cat fighting over Palin/Bachmann on this forum.I hope that was not why pissant was banned. Palin and Bachmann realize the seriousness of where this country is headed and they are supportive of each other. I have asked the respected Jim Robinson himself and he is not anti-Bachmann.He is anti- Romney and all the rest of the RINO fools for which I agree with him.

Yeah, Pissant must have decided he wanted to go. There was no turning back from that comment. That was all in.
