MIAMI - The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida has a message for women who want complete control over their reproductive health: Incorporate your uterus.
To help women who want to do this, the organization launched the website www.IncorporateMyUterus.com on Tuesday, which will issue a declaration of incorporation for women who would like one.

I feel this is offensive to women who have undergone a hysterectomy.

Well beyond the obvious pro choice agenda here, how could one use the precedent elsewhere? This is where conservatives can actually destroy organizations like ACLU. Force them to defend parties on both sides. For example, if one can incorporate their uterus, then I must be able to incorporate other parts of my body or body as a whole...right? My body is incorporated so it needs an Obamacare waiver. Or my lungs are incorporated and have the right to breath pot or whatever it wants. My digestive system is incorporated and has a right to ingest high sugar soft drinks. ACLU, defend my rights to incorporate my body!
