Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says congressional lawmakers are discussing taking some action in response to the Koran burnings of a Tennessee pastor that led to killings at the U.N. facility in Afghanistan and sparked protests across the Middle East, Politico reports.
Sen. Lindsey Graham said Congress might need to explore the need to limit some forms of freedom of speech, in light of Tennessee pastor Terry Jones’ Quran burning, and how such actions result in enabling U.S. enemies.

The left, including Obama, have sided themselves, long ago, with Islam in an attempt to corner another voting bloc. The Pastor has proven, beyond any doubts, that Islam is a violent and hateful religion. Now the democrats must try to punish anyone who exposes their true ideology. Peter King was vilified for speaking out and he now has been vindicated. Where was the lefts outrage about the slaughter of Christians in Egypt? The silence of CAIR and other prominent moslems says all I need to know.

Let's see . . . what evidence is there that the book Rev. Jones burned was a Koran? If it's burned, you can't tell what was printed on it - if anything at all.People rioted when Newsweek claimed that a Koran was flushed down a toilet in Guantanamo Bay, too - and it's physically impossible to flush a book down a toilet.
The common link between the violence following the "flushing of a Koran" and a burning of what might have once been a Koran (out of how many copies of that document now extant?) is not so much the people performing the act (if any) as it is the journalists who broadcast the reports (true or false) to muslim countries.So when you investigate Rev. Jones, investigate Newsweek and the broadcast journalists who are actually responsible for the incendiary reporting that actually incited the violence. The murderous violence says nothing about the people who putatively damaged a replaceable copy of a book - and volumes about the people who were so easily incited to violence, and the people on the ground in the Middle East who consciously incited them.
