but if the state voted for Walker, isn’t it more Republican? Wouldn’t it be likely that the more conservative judge will win anyway?

The author, Ellen Bueno, has written many wonderful articles in the past for the Baraboo News Republic. She certainly has her head screwed on right. They don’t publish many conservatives as the paper is owned by Capitol Newspapers out of Madistan. In fairness, they also publish Michael Reagan once a week. They then fill their opinion columns with the likes of Bill Press and his ilk the rest of the week.

Rush and Hannity can save it for Prosser Tuesday afternoon, no matter what the Dems advantages are going in.

Champion News Talk Radio

On Sunday’s show (8am on WIND am560, Chicago) Jack Roeser and Jim Edwards talk with Bill Zettler, Research Director for the Family Taxpayers Foundation. The discussion will center on the differences between Illinois and Wisconsin public pensions and salaries. With all of the news about Wisconsin’s Governor Walker talking a proactive approach to Wisconsin fiscal management while the unions whine and show their true colors of greed and self interest - we will discuss how Illinois is in far worst financial shape than Wisconsin under Democratic/union leadership.

Hopefully the rally of common-sense voters last fall will again prevail to get Prosser re-elected. Union membership in Wisconsin is a small part of the overall work force. Doubtful non-union workers will go for a candidate who wants them to not only pay for their own retirement and health care but the union’s as well. Need to get the word out and the masses to vote for Prosser. If you know Wisconsinites, make a phone call and ask them to do likewise.

So this is what we have been reduced to. A political faction is pulling out the stops to defeat a judge who they fear will vote in accordance with the state constitution.

Question, the first: the vote had been delayed for weeks by the absence of the Dems and then they decide to have the vote. Why did it violate the 24 hour notice???

Question, the second: if Walker and Johnson were both elected statewide, why do the Dems think the state is still so hard-core Left?

Unions are casting Justice Prosser as a Walker clone and urging Walker haters to use the high court race to punish Prosser/Walker by voting for his opponent, whoever she is.
Thanks Cincinatus' Wife.

I think it might be effective to use those threatening letters the union sent out against them. Take out ads in the local papers, with the text of the letter and a list of the local businesses that were targeted, and remind people that this is what they’re voting on and that once you submit to extortion there’s no such thing as “enough”.

It sounds as though the union girlymen are a little upset. They’ll get over. Commie losers usually do.

The voters elected a republican majority in November. Now the democrats talk about getting even. It’s too bad the “people” can’t REALLY get even.

The Kloppenberg i.e. union people are trying to revoke the recently passed union bill by putting a leftist on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. These clowns are actually trying to argue that with a Pubbie legislature and gov, Prosser would be a conservative and controlled by the right. As if Kloppenberg isn’t going to take her marching orders from the unions. It’s a joke.

Is Wisconsin going to be a state that is ascending from or slipping back into a socialist abyss ruled by union thugs and their lackeys?

FRee peoples are watching and waiting to see the answer.

The liberals see something in Kloppenburg they like.

She isn't Justice Prosser. They don't need anything more than that.

It’s absolutely amazing that a judge on the supreme court of Wisconsin in the form of a Progressive activist can just vote down a piece of legitimately passed legislation because she just doesn’t agree with it.

Good-bye Republic, hello pure Democracy.

(It would be very interesting to read her decision which would nullify legally-passed legislation.)
IMHO
