Wisconsin: Judge continues order that union law remains on hold

Madison — Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi said Friday she will keep in place her order declaring that the collective bargaining law has not yet taken effect.

Secretary of State Doug La Follette will remain barred from taking steps to implement the law.

Why hasn’t there been an appeal on this??? And if it has been appealed, why hasn’t it been heard yet?

Screw this judge. If 0bama can continue implementing an unconstitutional law at the federal level then surely a state governor can do the same.

My take on this judge is that she is simply not a person to be taken seriously!!

There are three lawsuits, one was bumped to the Apellate Court who asked the WI Supreme Court to take it, there’s no answer from them yet. I think Sumi has the other two.

Why doesn’t Walker send the National Guard to arrest and jail this little county judge for obstructing official state business?

Its high time some Executives showed these imbeciles in robes who REALLY holds the power.

Sitting Justice Prosser, a moderate conservative judge is running against liberal Kloppenburger and she has mucho union money behind her.
This elections is critical for Wisconsin.
