Wisconsin: Judge continues order that union law remains on hold

Madison Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi said Friday she will keep in place her order declaring that the collective bargaining law has not yet taken effect.
Secretary of State Doug La Follette will remain barred from taking steps to implement the law.

Screw this judge. If 0bama can continue implementing an unconstitutional law at the federal level then surely a state governor can do the same.

There are three lawsuits, one was bumped to the Apellate Court who asked the WI Supreme Court to take it, there’s no answer from them yet. I think Sumi has the other two.

Why doesn’t Walker send the National Guard to arrest and jail this little county judge for obstructing official state business?
