I’m getting the same vibe, this don’t smell right. First of all, that is a long message for a ‘text message’. Next, no one really refers to the military or OGA as “DOD”. Oh yea and ‘radios dropped in 8 days before’? If it were before, why would they need to be dropped in, it isn’t like Japan is a third world country with no technology base. Maybe it is just bad wording, but it sure does smell. Someone trying to drop some conspiracy rumors in what appears to be an innocuous text?
