All Trump has to do is to file a suit for the release of, at least, Ø’s originals certified long form birth certificate. As a candidate for POTUS, he would certainly have the standing that all others have been denied. Will he do it? Probably not. He does have the financial wherewithall to see the case through the judicial mill if he does.

Of course he will have standing and all the legal rights to know if the person he is running against is legally allowed by the Constitution to even be nominated.

This is going to open up a TRUCKLOAD of worms in a can no doubt.

And its possible Trump may be sidestepping the NBC clause for reasons, mostly political leverage of course.

Alan Keyes, who had standing as a candidate in '08, was denied court intervention.

Alan Keyes really did run for president, yet was denied "standing" to sue over this issue. What makes you think that Trump would be any more successful?
