And again you are wrong because Obama has had lawyers fight this issue in Court.

Obama has had lawyers file motions to dismiss eligibility lawsuits. He has not fought the release of any documents.

Wrong on both acounts. WND is a credible source as much as any of the lying main stream news outlets and the article I posted already is sourced. Besides you can easily google and find articles by the left-wing sources you seem to prefer.

As I already pointed out, I would argue that Obama’s trip to Kenya whereas he illegally violated the Logan Act

The Bush Justice department disagrees with you.

and actively was involved in campaigning in the Kenyan election was an affirmation of his loyalty to Kenya as a dual citizen.

First of all, he wasn't actively campaiging. Second of all, he had already lost his dual citizenship long before then.

And I did not claim that my statement about using common sense was a means to determine the Constitutionality of the term ‘natural born citizen’ but was simply pointing out that the definition that many argue is the correct legal one

Who argues it? Find me a single legal scholar or Federal Judge who argues it.

Lawyers cost money. Why fight discovery (which deals with the release of documents) if he has such an ironclad case that no reasonable person would disagree with?

And Obama has fought the release of all documents from his past so you are just blantantly wrong again.

No it isn't.

I did. There is not single article from any credible news source that corroborates the WND article. Nada, zilch, not a single one.

Why fight discovery

He didn't. He merely asked for dismissal, which is the most prudent thing to do when one is faced with a frivolous lawsuit.

And Obama has fought the release of all documents from his past so you are just blantantly wrong again.

No he hasn't, and the fact that you can't produce any evidence to support your claim proves it is wrong.

Thedre are many who argued it. I already posted the WND article which links to Constitutional scholars who argue differing positions on the issue. There are also many lawyers who do as well and have provided numerous arguments and sources. Check out Leo Donforio for one and his website naturalborncitizen.com

Do you have a source for your claim that the Bush Justice department disagree with me about Obama’s violation of the Logan Act?

The Court has not ruled on the merits of the case.

Courts have opined on the definition of the Natural Born citizenship clause since the mid to late 1800's. They all disagree with your definition.

No he didn’t simlpy just ask. His lawyers have fought against discovery. He has on each occasion fought against allowing the release of any and all documents relating to his past.

I have presented evidence to support my claim. You have a persistence though to ignore all evidence, denounce sources that are not left-wing, and to continue to make false claims.

Nope.

Check out Leo Donforio for one and his website naturalborncitizen.com

LOL. You mean the paranoid nut who see black helicopters and men in yellow suits following him around everywhere?

I already posted the WND article which links to Constitutional scholars who argue differing positions on the issue.

No, those scholars were talking about the question of whether someone born in the Panama Canal zone could be a natural born citizen. That is a completely different issue from whether a person born on US soil to alien parents is a NBC.

Do you have a source for your claim that the Bush Justice department disagree with me about Obama’s violation of the Logan Act?

The fact that it never prosecuted or even investigated him for it.

You are mistaking cases that dealt simply with citizenship in general with this issue. There have not been any cases dealing directly with the eligibility clause of the Constitution at all.

I am starting to agree with many that claim you are simply an OBOT troll. You obviously know the issue but just seem to want to dance around the issue and play game after game mistating and spinning the truth.

You are misinformed. All his lawyers have ever done is file motions to dismiss, and in every case they were granted.

I have presented evidence to support my claim.

Not you haven't! The only thing you posted was a link to a WorldNutDaily article on McCain's citizenship status that claimed (wrongly) that McCain had to show his BC to the Senate.

So you have no source for your claim that the Bush Justice Department disagreed. Just simply because he got away with it. Just as Kerry got away with his crimes as well.

And your smears against Leo Donoforio are also telling as to how you handle a debate as well. You smeared WND, now another source as well. You simply want to insist you are right and ignore evidence when it suits you.

You are an OBOT troll.

Apparently the story of Sarah Obama was misunderstood as her talking about Obama’s birth when it was actually some other relative who was some kind of goat herd or something.

Why a recording of her speaking of that would have been made, let alone released, I don’t know, but apparently it was. Which means that her statement about Obama being born in Mombasa would be rumor or misunderstanding, unfortunately. Sorry.

Well keep on spouting your misinformed nonsense and smears against all information that you want to deny.

You even defend Obama’s violation of the Logan Act. That is telling. You obviously have an agenda to defend Obama and are a troll.

Yes, these cases dealt with citzenship, but in so doing they opined on the meaning of natural born citizen. Thinks link cites but a handful of them:

http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2010/01/natural-born-citizen-at-law/

On the other hand, there is not a single instance in which a court ruled that a US-born child to legal resident alien parents WAS NOT a natural born citizen.

He didn't just get away with it. It's not like his actions were secret. The Justice Department knew about his trip, and it did not act. This was long before he was a presidential candidate, at a time when the GOP was in the Majority in Congress, so there was no political reason not to prosecute. Hence the FACT that the Justice department did not prosecute means either there was no crime, or it was so minor as not to make it worth while.

But that's not good enough for you? Okay. How about this. The Chairman of the Senate Foreign relations committee, who authorized the trip, congratulated Obama on doing a good job representing the USA when he got back. Here's my source:

>>>LOL. Are you serious? If I had a nickle for every time Trump made an ass of himself, I’d be as rich as he is.<<<

True, but he doesn’t think he makes an ass out of himself.
If this blows up in his face, even he would have to admit that he looks like an idiot.

No he wouldn't. He would just say that he asked a legitimate question and is now glad that it has been definitively answered.

Trump is no idiot, BTW. He wouldn't be as rich as he is if he were dumb. His crazy antics give him publicty, from which he profits, even if they make him look like an ass. His latest foray into birtherism is but the latest example.

Actually there has not been one case where the court has ruled that a child of alien parents is a natural born citizen. By all means show me one instance. You will not find one!
