The Court has not ruled on the merits of the case.

Courts have opined on the definition of the Natural Born citizenship clause since the mid to late 1800's. They all disagree with your definition.

You are mistaking cases that dealt simply with citizenship in general with this issue. There have not been any cases dealing directly with the eligibility clause of the Constitution at all.

I am starting to agree with many that claim you are simply an OBOT troll. You obviously know the issue but just seem to want to dance around the issue and play game after game mistating and spinning the truth.
