As I already pointed out, I would argue that Obama’s trip to Kenya whereas he illegally violated the Logan Act

The Bush Justice department disagrees with you.

and actively was involved in campaigning in the Kenyan election was an affirmation of his loyalty to Kenya as a dual citizen.

First of all, he wasn't actively campaiging. Second of all, he had already lost his dual citizenship long before then.

And I did not claim that my statement about using common sense was a means to determine the Constitutionality of the term ‘natural born citizen’ but was simply pointing out that the definition that many argue is the correct legal one

Who argues it? Find me a single legal scholar or Federal Judge who argues it.

Thedre are many who argued it. I already posted the WND article which links to Constitutional scholars who argue differing positions on the issue. There are also many lawyers who do as well and have provided numerous arguments and sources. Check out Leo Donforio for one and his website naturalborncitizen.com

Do you have a source for your claim that the Bush Justice department disagree with me about Obama’s violation of the Logan Act?
