Better title would be:
“Newt Gingrich Makes More Major Mistakes Than Humanly Possible In Run-up To Presidential Campaign.”
Intense, isn’t she? Wonder who he’ll take up with next? How does he get these women?
He is obviously going for the republican Obama vote. He’s got that constituency all sewn up. Add it to the middle aged “I’ve always wanted to make out with a guy on tv” women and he is really going places.
HOW?? By being a dumb-ass about it??
Post of the day!
No, we haven't...
Doesn’t she support U.S. military involvement in Libya ?
Newt’s day is over, he jumped the shark a long time ago.
As far as Gingrich goes someone needs to tell him his time has come and gone. He needs to go away NOW.
You do realize that there's not a dime's worth of difference between Palin's Libya position and the Gingrich Libya position de jour, right?
In fact Gingrich followed Obama who followed Palin - who actually followed Hilary.
I'm beginning to think that is all we have..
There's a lot of things Gingrich is good at, but leadership isn't one of them. I think there would be a place for him in the next Republican administration - so long as he's following directives, not giving them.
What Sarah said in response to Bozo's meddling in Libya, was something along the lines of, "We should be in it to win it. If there's any doubt, we should stay out."
Bozo (of course) can't make up his mind whether we ought to destroy Kaddafi, or whether we should help the UN or NATO do something. No one knows what the hell the mission objective is there, or where it will lead.
I don't think Sarah has said what she would have done with Libya as CIC. For what it's worth, neither have any of the other potential candidates for 2012, with the exception of Newt, who put his right foot in his mouth, then switched to his left foot.
Then you would think wrong. Palin was the first national Republican to call for a no-fly zone - LONG before the UN approved a no-fly zone and LONG before Obama committed to a no-fly zone.
Hey, don't take my word for it, read her own words yourself - Dated February 22, 2011.
Sarah hasn't expressed a real policy position on Libya. She made a comment that, "We should be in it to win it. If there's any doubt, we should stay out."
That comment was more a statement on Obama's dithering, aimless, and amateur meddling in Libya, than anything else.
The only reason Newt got called on his position is, as bad as he is, he is perceived as a greater threat to Obozo than What’s my position today, Romney or the other boy from Hope, Huck.
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t stop laughing!
BTTT
Thanks for jogging my memory on that. You're right. She did call for a no-fly-zone before Obama actually committed to doing it.
For what it's worth, I would rather see our troops executing that mission under President Palin's leadership, than under the auspices of NATO, or the UN, like Bozo's trying to do.
At least they'd be under the command of someone who really commands. The mission objectives and the political objectives would be clear under Palin. Not so with Barry.
