A Chicago-area atheist is on a crusade to have a high school science teacher fired for teaching creationism in his classroom.
It has nothing to be dissatisfied, atheist activist Rob Sherman told the Chicago Tribune. Im protecting conquered territory and assisting parents who want the teacher fired by articulating their concerns.

More tolerance on display. I am gonna guess that the atheist in this case is most likely lying outright or stretching the facts to fit his agenda.

On who’s authority?
Ok, fair enough.
It this loon gonna back firing any idiot that backs “progressive” economics?
Heck, creationism has a lot more going for it than Obamanomics.
And...methinks one cannot disprove creationism. (Nope, I don’t believe in it...I just don’t think it can be disproved.)
But, one can easily disprove progressive economics.
A lot of atheists are angry at a God that supposedly isn’t there, but which refuses to pay them the convenient favor of ceasing to exist.
What's the story behind your tagline?
Mr. Sherman is certainly evidence for the theory of de-evolution.
i had a history teacher that started the school year... baltimore city public 1978... by reading genesis... no big woop... and my algebra teacher prayed for us before every exam...
atheists just can’t comprehend that there miserable lives are their fault for not embracing God’s love.
teeman
I have always been impressed by people who KNOW God doesn’t exist. It must be amazing to have that much faith in your own knowledge.
I don’t even have that much faith whether or not the sun will come up in the morning, or whether or not I will live through the night. But I KNOW in whom I have believed, and am persuaded.....
Did you mean “evolution”?
I may agree with that, as long as they take out the big-bang theory and all other beginning of life theories that have no roots in anything real.
Where miserable lives?
THERE miserable lives.
Their miserable lives?
There is much science in the Bible. References to Dinosaurs in Job etc.......... The Bible is scientifically correct and has not been contradicted. Evolution has.
Could be geology.
Wow, this "teacher" has the temerity to actually ADMIT what the game is all about? God-hating statist forces have conquered the schools, and can't allow a "divine foot in the door" (Richard Lewontin, New York Review of Books, "Billions and Billions of Demons"). Stunning.
Teaching creationism is fine so long as it is in the form of discussion. The teacher’s opinions should rarely ever factor into a lesson.
Of course, this atheist rat isn’t concerned about the actual education, just the indoctrination of more snot-nosed commies.
So called “creationism” is about “Creation” and the “so called science, “evolution” is a theory. It is a lie to teach a theory as a fact, true science is not a lie, it is based on facts.
Back in 1953 (I began my freshman year) they introduced in freshman Geology as saying: “Evolution” was in harmony with the Bible in the order of creation! A sneaky way to get it taught as a fact, not theory!
Baby, we have come a long way! (The wrong way, just look at the facts).
Martin Luther said a few hundred years ago: “Public schools will become the gates of hell if the Bible is not taught.”
Dr. Benjamin Rush, one of the youngest signers of the Declaration of Independance, the first treasurer of the United States, wrote the first Chemistry book in America said: “The Bible should be taught in our public schools, for the good of the students and the nation.”
Just look back at the founders of Yale,Harvard,Princton, etc. and the purpose of founding those great Universities.
I have learned to love:
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which were seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews 11:1-3)
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him(God): for he that cometh to God must believe that He(God)is, and that He(God)is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him(God).” (Hebrews 11:6)
