CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES! VOTE COMING UP ON CONTINUING RESOLUTION
US Congress ^ | 3/15/11 | misc

PolitiFact, FactCheck, and WaPo All Confirm: The $105 Billion Obamacare Slush Fund Exists

SLY to put it nicely for the 3 jokers to hide teh funding in the bill.

Why on earth would the House vote to repeal ZERO-care but vote to fund the monstrosity?

If the dems had done the budget back in the fall there wouldn't be the possibility of government shutdown in the first place. They didn't want the budget to affect the Nov election and they don't want to commit to it now. It was supposedly to their advantage so that they can say the "Republicans shut down the budget".

We need to call and encourage them to vote against this.

Come on Freepers! It's time to make some noise! The Nov election was a loud and clear message we are tired of the socialist agenda and need to return to fiscal sanity.

Get on the phone!

Well lots of times votes have been on Friday or even recently the weekend but I think that was rats in woodwork. If they waited til the last minute to announce a vote then it was to their advantage so that people would not have time to organize opposition phone calls.

If they vote on this at the end of the week that would be better cause that gives us more time to talk to people and get them to call as well.

When are they going to implement a new “nuc” tax?

Taking advantage of the Japan situation, Dem’s should expected soon to add a new tax on power bills to “set-aside and maintain” in the event of a nuclear disaster in this country?

Mark Levin says if this passes, he will start calling it

THE OBAMA/BOEHNER HEALTHCARE BILL

Which is exactly what it is.

I’ve contacted each MO (R) representative and there are ‘weak knees’ present. Thought I would share positions and names.

2nd District: Todd Akin NO

4th District: Vicki Hartzler UNSURE (TP Congresswoman)

6th District: Sam Graves UNSURE I was told he adamantly supports Michele Bachmann’s position on the 105B. He is Prolife and against Obamacare

7th District: Billy Long NO IF Obamacare and PP funding is included

8th District: Joann Emerson ?? Staff claimed that they did not know her position (BS). This woman rode her deceased husband’s coattails to become a Rep after he died. He was rock solid..she was, for the first year.

9th District: Blaine Luetkemeyer YES Supports the CR
Very hard to not ‘flame out’ on the phone over this and told the intern that Luetkemeyer’s vote will be remembered.
