No. That’s not him. He’s from Fond Du Lac. He’s also more farmer looking.

SHAME ON FOX NEWS!!! Why do I have to watch the psycho libs on MSNBC and CNN? The Luffa man records his show probably at noon so he can go to a strip club. I wish they’d yank him off the air.

Now what's the political balance sheet? One problem is that Walker has insisted that the collective bargaining issue is a budget issue. Now he is going to sign it, after the legislature passed it, claiming that they didn't need 20 senators, because it isn't a budget item.

The eventual vote, yes - that’s just normal Senate business. The meeting that may be problematic is the committee meeting, which is something that is outside of the normal course of Senate business; committee meetings are, I believe, specifically designated as public meetings that are covered by the act. Based on press reports (so take with a grain of salt), the the committee meeting was convened with two hours notice. That’s enough to satisfy the act if there was “good cause” not to give 24 hours notice, or if it was impossible/impractical to do so. It’ll be up to the courts to decide if that was the case here. I hope they do, but I’m not convinced.

Some scumocrat on MSNBC admitted to driving 80 MPH on the highway. I happen to know that the speed limit in Illinois is 55 MPH, and it is 65 MPH in Wisconsin. So assuming he is in wisconsin he is still 15 MPH and should have been pulled over.

Quorum for non-budgetary items was already met. Once the quorum is established, they only need over half of the votes of the present members. If you weren’t there, you just missed the vote.

Yes, it will. Unfortunately, this may well be struck down as a violation of Wisconsin’s open meetings law. Wisconsin Statute requires that public notice of a government meeting (including a legislative committee meeting) be given at least twenty-four hours in advance of the meeting, unless “for good cause” such notice is “impossible or impractical.” Section 19.97(3) provides that a court may void any action taken at a meeting held in violation of the open meetings law if the court finds that the interest in enforcing the law outweighs any interest in maintaining the validity of the action.

But, it brought the Dims back from hiding. They now can be restrained to prevent another flight. The original budget now can be voted on.

Are you sure? He has been the weak link, has said he does not support it, and this article seems to indicate he would vote no. He is a farm owner....

I was just pointing out what would be the Cowardcrats next move. Governor Walker should, behind the scenes, make it clear to the judges that any ruling attempting to invalidate this vote will be expressly, immediately and completely disregarded.

WHAT IF upon the return of the fleabaggers they voted AGAIN on the full bill. What is to stop them doing this and in essence making the whole issue moot?
