The eventual vote, yes - that’s just normal Senate business. The meeting that may be problematic is the committee meeting, which is something that is outside of the normal course of Senate business

WHAT IF upon the return of the fleabaggers they voted AGAIN on the full bill. What is to stop them doing this and in essence making the whole issue moot?

Nothing’s stopping them. That’s probably their best course of action.
