The attorney who won the Supreme Court case last week affirming the Westboro Baptist Churchs right to stage anti-gay protests outside military funerals suggested on Sunday the high courts nine justices are going to hell.
I have no objective indicator otherwise. The default for mankind is hell unless you bring forth fruits meet for repentance. The assumption is that you will end up in hell when you quit your life on this Earth, attorney Margie Phelps said during an appearance on Fox News Sunday. Phelps is the daughter of Westboros founder, the Rev. Fred Phelps.
There is a duty of every human to bring forth fruit meet for repentance, she added. I have seen no evidence of that in a single leader in that nation.
So the justices are going to hell? The president is going to hell? asked Fox host Chris Wallace.
Absolutely on the president," Margie Phelps replied. The president is going to be king of the world before this is all said and done, and he is most likely the beast spoken of in the Revelation.

I hope for the best for President Obama personally, no matter what I may think of his political ideas. To do otherwise would be to descend into Westboro territory. Christ did not wish for us to revel in hatred.
Is Phelps really an ordained minister? Is the Westboro Baptist Church a real place of worship or just a place for kooks to hang out?
What do you think it takes to be ordained? A Church body or in this case a sick cult can set their own bylaws for the ministry. You can pretty much ordain yourself pastor of the Church of the Jello Pudding Pop, and be able to use the Pastor title.
Note even in Algore, Fred Phelps' old friend?
Would you have considered John the Baptist hateful for rebuking King Herod?
Obama is wicked and deserves the strongest condemnation.
“You can pretty much ordain yourself pastor of the Church of the Jello Pudding Pop, and be able to use the Pastor title.”
I realize that but his “church” is called the Westboro Baptist Church, no mention of Jello Pudding Pops whatsoever. Baptists are Christians. I can’t say the same for Phelps’ group.
These people are clearly insane. I have no objective indicator otherwise.
I was actually just joking. But since the use of LOL is being questioned, I left it off.
However, there are people out their that think he is the AntiChrist.
The main question is: If the WBC is so against homosexuality, why don’t you see them protesting at gay events?
Answer: The issue isn’t homosexuality.
You would never know any of this from media coverage, but once you know the background, you suddenly notice that strangely the media never mention ANY political affiliation for this group. Isn't that interesting? If the Westboro idiots were conservatives and registered Republicans, I think it's pretty safe to say that the media would repeat that fact endlessly. The fact that they are mute on this point speaks volumes.
Regarding your tagline, today we have NATCA and I can tell you from personal experience that they are becoming almost as bad as PATCO ever was.
I wonder if the people in that church ever ran across the Bible verse that says “in the same way you judge others, you will be judged”. These folks better really live holy lives or they will be in for a real surprise.
You should have watched the whole interview. When asked about Christina Taylor Green, she said there are no innocents, yet at the end of the interview, she said that the US military is killing innocents. The look of disbelief on Chris Wallace’s face was priceless.
Also, you should have heard the callousness with which she explained away the deaths of her own grandmother and great aunt.
By virtue of the laws of self-perpetuation and promotion they invariably do get more obnoxious. All the more reason to remember PATCO - and what was their undoing.
What did she say about her grandma and aunt?
I’m usually pretty obtuse about nuances and humor but today I’m more obtuser than usual.
