CHEYENNE Wyoming has become the fourth state to allow citizens to carry concealed guns without a permit.

However, they are not allowed to carry everywhere in the state, so even in some of those states, there are significant restrictions.
If Texas doesn’t join this list this year, there’s going to be some serious consequences to the RINO legislooters.
I find it refreshing news for a change. It may not seem like much, but then again, a few states could kick start the whole thing.
I think the gun grabbers are losing ground, even if a little.
It seems that before are tired victims, even on the left.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
Buffalo, Wyoming is my choice for a summer home. I no longer have the frontier blood to do the winters there.
Remember that Ernie Chambers is no longer in the Legislature. He is the one and only reason that it took so long to get a concealed carry permit. Without him, the no-permit option might happen.
Constitutional carry is the law of the land....the courts have just not recognized it yet.
Your efforts have been noted by others, my FRiend. 'Preciate it!
Not quite. Though things are better in those states- and improving, there remain restrictions from the federal level that are onerous and unjust. That'll be a later step.
But as for those other states which refuse to show full faith and credit to our states' carry permits when we visit there? Why should we continue to recoignize their driver's licenses or automobile registration and license plates when they come to Wyoming. It's time to start arresting those folks and confiscating their vehicles....
Nor Montana, which is not only taclking open carry, but working on a few other items as well.
WI currently has no CCW provision at all. The legislature previously tried to pass CCW, but it was vetoed by the Dem governor.
With the Fleebaggers out of town, they can't pass licensed CCW, since that would require an appropriation for the record keeping. But they CAN pass Constitutional Carry without any need for the Dems.
Bingo! And they should do it. It would fire up their base, and some of those Union members who are Second Amendment Constitutionalists. They would be seen as heroic and courageous, and not without reason, given the thugish mobs around the Capitol.
God, even a despicable drug dealer or a nut case has the God-given Right to Self-Defense!
As I know from personal experience, “Those who shouldn’t have guns” include the Politically Incorrect and politically vocal persons pointing out corruption such as myself who the local Sheriff simply doesn’t like.
Why do they demand “Training?” From all my lifelong of experience, there are simply levels of deterrence, and most criminals never even get shot.
Wearing openly at times, is good. That saved me and my son’s life, one time. Simply drawing, and even that loud click of the hammer going back is quite another, and that was another time. Most self-defense actions take place in very close range, so why exact Police State Taxes and the like on, say, some little old lady from keeping a .38 in her purse?
The Police simply don’t like it because, otherwise, everyone has to “Call 911!” Keeping THEM in CONTROL - And increasing their own funding for nice, new, shiny cars and uniforms, and new radio gadgets, and status in the community. AND the adrenaline rush.
It’s a Power Trip, a very human trait, yet one the US Constitution was designed to guard against.
Know what “Police” also means? To “Clean up.”
In my younger years, the Police were called to clean up after whatever citizens had concluded their private business.
Now, they’re set out on Orwellian “Potential Mind Crimes that one might not even know one possesses the ability for...”
Felonies, once a rare charge, now will put you in prison, forever take away your political voice and your right to defend yourself, your family, home, religion, town... for so much as spitting on the sidewalk.
And the next CC state will be Colorado.
The militarization of the local Law Enforcement truly bothers me. I live in a town of 700 people and the local officer wears a black uniform. He is a couple of years younger than I am. My brother was briefly married to his sister. There is nothing threatening about him and he does a fine job of law enforcement. He is a good friend. None the less the culture has spilled over on him.
