I remember those. I read that the bottom-right woman fled to East Germany and was arrested and sent to prison after the wall came down. I believe any who were in jail are out by now though, even if they were sent up for murder. Germany doesn’t have long prison sentences.
The Iraqi’s tell me dismantling the military and police was a monumental disaster. “They knew who were the bad guys.”
do we still need 50,000 soldiers in Germany?
Heartbreaking. Prayers for these servicemen who were innocent targets in a public area. Pray for their families and loved ones.
So sick of our servicement sacrificing it all for ungrateful degenerates across the world. None of them deserve our valiant aid or sacrifice!!!
Two years ago I was in Sweden talking to a man in the German Education ministry. German understands that the Islamic population is not being assimilated. We talked at length about how the USA seems to have resolved at least from a distance the divide between blacks and the rest of America and how the US has integrated its Asian population as well.
Part of the our conclusion was that, whether you like the idea or not, the US military and the wars that have been fought have really broken down ethnic and racial barriers in the US. That coupled with education, when it was working better in this country and an expanding middle class allowed those willing to adopt American ideals, allowed them to enjoy the benefits of the American lifestyle.
That is the really sad thing. Never take anything for granted in life ...nothing is guaranteed. I pray for strength for their families.
All the more reason the international leftist Bill Clinton doesn't get a pass.
US presidents are still capable of acting in our sovereign interests, in spite of the fact that every one since x40 has largely chosen not to.
We need the base.
I want to curse.
That could have easily been my son.
Instead, I’ll pray. Primarily for the families and that this country regains its moral sanity before it’s too late.
Why should the US citizen be making any sacrifices whatsoever for the Juveniles of the Middle East, when we could be in control of our own prosperity?

The Germans used to know how to maintain social order. Not any more, I guess.
Perhaps, but this NeoCon requires an actual National Interest to be involved. Albania does not qualify in any way I can think of.
Alternatively, Libya has a plausible U.S. national interest in favor of limited (air support) intervention: Those who takeover may be grateful that we stopped Gaddafi’s aerial bombardment of unarmed civilians. That may be a good cost / benefit ratio for U.S. interests that also happens to be NeoCon-ish.
Maintain a high level of situational awareness NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE. Our "leaders" have allowed the enemy to penetrate and infiltrate every part of the formerly civilized world, including the United States.

And what if whoever replaces Gadhafi, turns out to be even worse, then what?
“What are the chances of getting an honest report of this persons real name and so-called religon, much less their motive(s)?”
TWO chances: ZERO and NONE. Fox News said he was from Kosovo, so I knew right away he is a muzzie, but how many people can make that connection? Most would have no idea....
Oh you mean Yassir Arafat's uncle...nothing to see here folks - move along...
exactly, have eyes in the back of your head and trust no-one, these days, our boys are on their own,
I imagine if he was a Serb, out for revenge for NATO bombing Serbia, that would have been noted in three-inch bold letters.
