So this lawyer is saying that a black man can beat the crap out of his wife in public and can’t get arrested for battery because to do so would be racist. Okay, I get it.

Special protections have to stop or the Constitution is moot. America is already on the decline because of it.

Several witnesses reported that Bryant was assaulting a woman and put his hands on the woman’s neck, pushed her into a parked vehicle and pinned her against it...

Law of the jungle from "da hood" takes over angry young black men and they just GOTTA assult some child or wife/girl friend, or some elderly person. They would never dare attack some guy who's 6'2" around 180-200 lbs. Law to Goodness, they might get hurt then!

Charges will be dropped -- it's racist, anyone can see that, file criminal assult charges against the arresting officer instead for civil rights violations.

I didn’t get stopped and arrested Friday night because I am white.
I’m gonna sue my local police department.
What a dolt.

Professional victim ping. (I’d start such a ping list, but it’d be HUGE... I don’t have the desire)

Its socially correct for a black man or former black athlete to abuse a white woman. OJ did it and got the sympathy of the majority of blacks throughout the US.

His attorney says the African-American sportswriter, author and TV personality is a victim of racial profiling. Byant is black. His wife is white.

His wife Veronique Bryant added in a statement: "This is all so unfair. There was no investigation. The police made assumptions about my husband that weren't true. I was never abused or in fear of Howard on that day or any other day. I wasn't running from him or trying to get away from him. The police weren't listening to me and they attacked him with violence with our 6-year-old watching."
