I thought he said Oak St. but you may be correct. Still, with the uncomfortable pause just before he says...”I gonna DRAG her over.....” I thought that was so funny.

Got a feelin’ it’s a hoax, but a harmless one. Which reminds me of the one about the dead horse on Kosciuszko Street in Brooklyn. (The Irish cop is too dumb to spell Kosciuszko, so he drags the horse over to DeKalb Avenue. He also too dumb to look a the street sign.)
Of course it is a hoax, warthogs are in Africa. If you find a warthog running free in America, you need to call the zoo, because one of their animals has gotten loose.
