WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Commerce Department investigation has found no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of federal climate researchers whose e-mails were leaked in the debate over global climate change.
The report Thursday from the department's inspector general is the latest to exonerate climate scientists whose communications with the Climate Research Unit at England's University of East Anglia were stolen and made public in 2009.

Well, I, for one, think it’s funny. They remind me of Dan Rather trying to say the forged documents may be authentic after they were outed totally and utterly completely. He is the first bona-fide, easy to prove, casualty of the internet. These guys apparently want to follow in his footsteps.
Unfortunately for them, we do not ALL live in the projects of south Chicagoland. Imbeciles. It will cost them.

New report exonerates climate researchersThis report was produced after extensive research performed by the fox guarding the hen house.

“The new report...asked the agency to review the circumstances under which funds were transferred to the British researchers. Glackin said the money was used for workshops that assisted the governments of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam in improving their climate forecasting work.”

“Hide the decline” is not wrongdoing?
In science it is the ultimate sin!
In politics it is business as usual.
I guess they were, as most climate ‘science’ is, looking at it through the prism of politics not science.

I want proof, I want their data, all of it. You can't have it, they destroyed it. Yup, they DESTROYED the raw data. If the data doesn't agree with the pre-determined 'theory'; why, doesn't "science" dictate that you destroy that data? So, the remaining data is a mixture of actual data, and data that has been manipulated. This data is contaminated - it's less than worthless.

Of course they found nothing wrong. This is tantamount of the Teflon Don conducting an internal investigation of criminal activities within his “organization”—and surprise—not finding any.
Give me a break!

Let me see if I’ve got this ... A rigged “investigation” of a falsified “study” shows that the study wasn’t fake after all despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary?
Ummmmm, okay.
