The Wisconsin workers who have staged a week-long protest against their union-busting governor are getting some Big Apple reinforcements.
Teamsters Local 237, which represents various city workers, intends to bus a couple hundred members to Madison possibly this week, Deputy Director Pete Gutierrez told The Daily News.

They’re bringing in the big time thugs. The protests have been peaceful for the most part, they won’t be after this crowd arrives.
After 5 days of protest and sleeping in the capitol rotunda, things are getting very ripe.
I hope they send the clean up bill to the unions.
Tea party members cleaned up after themselves.
Maybe you should warn them that complaints have been filed for making a mess and sleeping overnight.
Hopefully, the Captitol Police will regain control and throw the bums out (at least at night).
BEGIN THE LAYOFFS NOW!
No compromise, no more talk, no more time.
How many teamsters does it take to change a light bulb?
TWELVE, ya gotta problem wit dat?
The GOP majority needs to start passing non-revenue bills that the RATs really don’t want. Like right to work law and voter ID. Punish them while they are gone. Plus..cancel their state credit cards and declare their state cars stolen.
I guess Mrs. Pelosi can spot astroturfing, she needs to comment on her Commie brethren.
No. Not at all. Is it okay if I just break my own kneecaps?
This crap is not right, it is a state issue..we must separate Federal from state..States have the power...keep on going or die trying, cause that’s whats coming as a broke nation..
Somehow, I don’t this will play well with your average Wisconsinite.
Well, good luck with that, as they head into the teeth of a killer storm.
We have a great plenty of rolled buses and semis here, thank you very much....

As an average Wisconsinite I can guaranteee that it will not play well with us.
And Babs Boxer is bitc*in because a few freshman Congresscritters ar sleeping in their offices.
Oh, the hypocrisy of these people.
You have to see this.
Don’t these people ever work?
Some of these NY/NJ Union protesters are so wacky the would rather do this than go on a vacation. With the Jets losing, they are still in a bad mood.
I’ll say one thing about the Teamsters, they are more than just talk or cash suppliers. Back in the middle 1960’s I was a member of the Insurance debit salesman’s very weak union striking Metropolitan Life Insurance at Madison Square NYC. The Teamster’s, along with the Longshoremen and the Teacher’s helped us picket. Quite a culture clash.
Here comes the goon squad!
I used to be in the Teamsters and, believe it or not, that was an official unofficial position. I know because they tried to recruit me into it (because of my intimidating size in those days).
You ask what were your official duties as a permanent Teamo goon (they had temps who would get promoted to permanent goon if they were good enough)? Well, you’d hang around headquarters all day and go out and bust heads when called upon by higher-ups to do so, which I take it was fairly often. It had its dangers, but sweet gig, huh? Pay was more than a regular driver could make and all your legal expenses would be paid if you ever faced charges for anything you did in your official capacity as a member of the goon squad. I declined the offer to join.
This group headed to Wisconsin? I guarantee you, a significant number of them, if not all of them, will be members of the goon squad.
