Ok Freepers what's the Response

Posted on 02/20/2011 8:09:40 PM PST by PaulZe

I got this email from my liberal friend of mine. Before I respond I present it to my fellow Freepers for opinions on how best to respond:

Nelda Elder posted this on the Washington Post's Facebook page. She's from Kansas, and looks to be in her mid to late 50's. She uses the term "teabagger". But do remember that NOT everyone knows this can also mean a sexual act; it's not exactly a common one. I didn't know it; I'm betting she doesn't either. It's just easier to say "Teabagger" than "TeaPartier" or whatever description they're using now:

"The Teabagger gets up at 6:00am to prepare his morning coffee.

He fills his pot full of good clean drinking water because some liberal fought for minimum water quality standards.

He takes his daily medication with his first swallow of coffee. His medications are safe to take because some liberal fought to insure their safety and work as advertised. All but $10.00 of his medications are paid for by his employers medical plan because some liberal union workers fought their employers for paid medical insurance, now The Teabagger gets it too.

He prepares his morning breakfast, bacon and eggs this day. The Teabagger's bacon is safe to eat because some liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

The Teabagger takes his morning shower reaching for his shampoo; his bottle is properly labeled with every ingredient and the amount of its contents because some liberal fought for his right to know what he was putting on his body and how much it contained.

The Teabagger dresses, walks outside and takes a deep breath. The air he breathes is clean because some tree-hugging liberal fought for laws to stop industries from polluting our air.

The Teabagger begins his work day; he has a good job with excellent pay, medicals benefits, retirement, paid holidays and vacation because some liberal union members fought and died for these working standards. The Teabagger's employer pays these standards because The Teabagger's employer doesn't want his employees to call the union.

If The Teabagger is hurt on the job or becomes unemployed he'll get a worker compensation or unemployment check because some liberal didn't think he should lose his home because of his temporary misfortune.

It's noon time, The Teabagger needs to make a Bank Deposit so he can pay some bills. The Teabagger's deposit is federally insured by the FSLIC because some liberal wanted to protect The Teabagger's money from unscrupulous bankers who ruined the banking system before the depression.

The Teabagger has to pay his Fannie Mae underwritten Mortgage and his below market federal student loan because some stupid liberal decided that The Teabagger and the government would be better off if he was educated and earned more money over his lifetime.

The Teabagger is home from work, he plans to visit his father this evening at his farm home in the country. He gets in his car for the drive to dad's; his car is among the safest in the world because some liberal fought for car safety standards.

He arrives at his boyhood home. He was the third generation to live in the house financed by Farmers Home Administration because bankers didn't want to make rural loans. The house didn't have electric until some big government liberal stuck his nose where it didn't belong and demanded rural electrification. (Those rural Republicans would still be sitting in the dark)

He is happy to see his dad who is now retired. His dad lives on Social Security and his union pension because some liberal made sure he could take care of himself so The Teabagger wouldn't have to.

After his visit with dad he gets back in his car for the ride home. He turns on a radio talk show, the host keeps saying that liberals are bad and conservatives are good (He doesn't tell The Teabagger that his beloved Republicans have fought against every protection and benefit The Teabagger enjoys throughout his day).

The Teabagger agrees, "We don't need those big government liberals ruining our lives."

“Liberalism is a mental disorder,” and it does no good to argue with the insane.

Or just use the tactics outlined at the end of Rules for Radical Conservatives. Very effective.

The “Teabagger” is fired from his job, because he had to stay home with his kids, since some liberals decided to organize a teacher’s strike to protest cutbacks in benefits.

The “Teabagger” has to get his kids back from CPS, because some liberals decided to forbid spanking, even for such offenses as one of his kids stuffing an M-80 in a neighbor’s mailbox.

The “Teabagger” watches his electricity bill skyrocket, because the fat liberal running the EPA is imposing carbon restrictions.

And finally...

The “Teabagger” buys tasteless takeout that his kids won’t even touch, because some communist President and his thunder-thighed liberal wife strongarmed restaurants and food manufacturers into lowering salt content.

Tell her that only liberal feltchers use the word Teabagger. She can find the definition of feltcher in the urban dictionary.

Here are a few ideas for you.....

The TeaPartier gets up at 5am, due to the second job he has to take on to cover his family's health care costs, which are astronomically high mostly because Congressional liberals in the pocket of the trial lawyers guild consistently shoot down tort reform. As well as the fact that those same liberals ensure an open border, which leads to billions of $$ annually in unreimbursed visits to emergency rooms all over America, with those costs being passed on to legal residents like him.

He opens his email while eating breakfast, only to gag while reading one from a hateful liberal friend of his who forwards on a scurrilous piece of crap that unashamedly uses the vile sexual pejorative "TeaBagger" a full twenty times. The liberal friend, who no doubt is extremely proud of his/her own "Tolerance" bona-fides, and would pale at the thought of ever saying something that could in any way be construed as being the slightest bit bigoted or intolerant, nevertheless joyfully embraces the hypocritical liberal conceit that it's just fine & dandy to smear a whole class of fellow citizens (as long as they're mostly conservative) with a homophobic term that describes a grotesque sexual act involving the anus.

He closes his email and turns on the TV, only to hear a liberal talking head ranting about how "Teabaggers are all Racists!!" He sarcastically exclaims, "Wow! Really?!?" and looks in the mirror to check whether his face is still as black today as it was when he was born. It is.

Though the second job is really wearing him down, he reflects on how lucky he is compared to his grandfather, who was halfway through his adult life before finally getting the opportunity to make a decent wage, an opportunity that only came because Republicans in Congress voted almost unanimously for various Civil Rights Acts in the early-to-mid 60s, providing the margin needed to overcome Democrat opposition.

But he also reflects on how that high-water mark in his family was soon wiped out by the Democrat President Johnson's "Great Society" Program. Before that time, his family was a solid nuclear family. Though his parents' marriage was far from perfect, their mutual needs and dependencies outweighed their periods of marital strife, and kept the marriage together. But LBJ soon put an end to that. Armies of federal bureaucrats knocked on every door in black neighborhoods across America, asking to talk to just the women, informing them that they could now take life easy on the taxpayer's dime, but you see, there was just one little hitch..... There couldn't be a working husband in the home supporting her, if she wanted to get on this gravy train. So his mother, like so many millions of other black mothers, kicked their husbands out of the home. Why put up with all the many faults of an average husband, when you can get more $$ without one? And as an added bonus, the payments increased dramatically for each new out-of-wedlock baby she had! Husband-be-damned! All she needed was a series of frequently-discarded boyfriends to keep the babies and the $$ coming.

But in spite of coming from a dysfunctional home, caused by these horrendous programs put in place by Liberals who patted themselves on the back for their "compassion" at wreaking so much havoc (using other peoples' money) on generations of blacks, he has persevered to provide a stable home environment for his own young family.

.... etc etc..... You get the idea!

This might help.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1464434/posts

And I also found this although I cannot vouch for its accuracy.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF JOE REPUBLICAN

Joe gets up at 6 a.m. and fills his coffeepot with water to prepare his morning coffee.

Joe can get up at 6 AM in a free country and not one with a hammer and sickle or swastika on the flag or ruled by an ayatollah because of Republicans who were strong on defense.

The water is clean and good because some tree-hugging liberal fought for minimum water-quality standards.
Actually, thanks to the EPA, which President Richard Nixon, a Republican, signed into law. And the Clean Water and Clean Air Acts under Nixon, Reagan and George HW Bush.

With his first swallow of coffee, he
takes his daily medication. His medications are safe to take because some stupid commie liberal fought to insure their safety and that they work as advertised.

Nowadays, no mainstream company would risk selling subpar drugs for fear of lawsuits, this is not a liberal/ conservative problem. The FDA by the way came into being under Teddy Roosevelt, a Republican.

All but $10 of his medications are paid for by his employer’s medical plan because some liberal union workers fought their employers for paid medical insurance - now Joe gets it too.
At one time, workers had to fight for benefits, now it is a force of the free-market system that drives benefits to attract top level employees

He prepares his morning breakfast, bacon and eggs.
Joe’s bacon is safe to eat because some girly-man liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

Again, see Teddy Roosevelt who signed the Pure Food and Drug Act into law.

In the morning shower, Joe reaches for his shampoo. His bottle is properly labeled with each ingredient and its amount in the total contents because some crybaby liberal fought for his right to know what he was putting on his body
and how much it contained.

See FDA and T.R.

Joe dresses, walks outside and takes a deep breath. The air he breathes is clean because some environmentalist wacko liberal fought for laws to stop industries from polluting our air.

See Nixon, Reagan and GHWB.

He walks to the subway station for his government-subsidized ride to work. It saves him considerable money in parking and transportation fees because some fancy-pants liberal fought for affordable public transportation, which gives everyone the opportunity to be a contributor.

Actually most public transportation in the U.S. was started as private enterprise until the liberal gov’t taxed and regulated it into the ground (see Railroads, 1940’s-1960’s) necessitating these subsidies for survival.

Joe begins his work day. He has a good job with excellent pay, medical benefits, retirement, paid holidays and vacation because some lazy liberal union members fought and died for these working standards. Joes employer pays these standards because Joe’s employer doesn’t want his employees to call the union.

That’s if Joe is in a union job, which many are not. It is to an employer’s benefit to have high standards of benefits and working conditions to attract and retain quality personnel.

If Joe is hurt on the job or becomes unemployed, he’ll get a worker compensation or unemployment check because some stupid liberal didn’t think
he should lose his home because of his temporary misfortune.

This arose from the New Deal, and yes a Democratic president, FDR, but I wouldn’t call him a “stupid liberal”

Its noontime and Joe needs to make a bank deposit so he can pay some bills.
Joe’s deposit is federally insured by the FSLIC because some godless liberal wanted to protect Joe’s money from unscrupulous bankers who ruined the banking system before the Great Depression.

Uh, the FSLIC doesn’t exist anymore. You mean the FDIC. Only if he has less than 100 grand on deposit. This is federally subsidized insurance.

Joe has to pay his Fannie Mae-underwritten mortgage and his below-market federal student loan because some elitist liberal decided that Joe and the government would be better off if he was educated and earned more money over his
lifetime.

Joe is home from work. He plans to visit his father this evening at his farm home in the country. He gets in his car for the drive. His car is among the safest in the world because some America-hating liberal fought for car safety
standards.

Again, market forces. People are attracted to high-quality, safe vehicles. This is not a liberal issue.

He arrives at his boyhood home. His was the third generation to live in the house financed by Farmers’ Home Administration because bankers didn’t want to make rural loans.

Wait, they were able to keep the house despite three generations of liberal inheritance and estate taxes?

The house didn’t have electricity until some big-government liberal stuck his nose where it didn’t belong and demanded rural electrification.

Kind of interesting considering many of the Congressmen lobbying for rural electrification were Republicans.

He is happy to see his father, who is now retired. His father lives on Social Security and a union pension because some wine-drinking, cheese-eating liberal made sure he could take care of himself so Joe wouldn’t have to.

So his father worked for a union, that’s great, he earned his pension. Social Security is a messed up, nearly bankrupt system that few people can live off of, and will not be around 40 years from now when I can collect. His union pension is far more beneficial.

Joe gets back in his car for the ride home, and turns on a radio talk show. The radio host keeps saying that liberals are bad and conservatives are good. He doesn’t mention that the beloved Republicans have fought against every protection and benefit Joe enjoys throughout his day.

You got to be kidding me. Most free-speech restriction comes from liberals afraid of “offending” people who can’t engage in political or social discourse. “Political Correctness” didn’t come from Republicans. 2nd Amendment attacks don’t come from Republicans.

Joe agrees: “We don’t need those big-government liberals ruining our lives! After all, I’m a self-made man who believes everyone should take care of
themselves, just like I have.”

Joe is reaping the benefits of a free society. He couldn’t even write this in many countries.

“The Teabagger gets up at 6:00am to prepare his morning coffee.”

Using a derogatory sexual term for fellow citizens who are concerned about government interference in business and personal decisions is not a good start, but then again, this email wasn’t meant to persuade anybody of anything other than conservative bad, liberal good, right? The actual difference between liberals and conservatives is how much is too much regulation, not that all regulations are bad.

If you actually believe I prefer smog, filthy water and food poisoning for me and my family, you and your family and all our fellow citizens, please remove me from your address book. We obviously don’t know each other at all, and, as long as you believe such things, I’d rather keep it that way.

Personally, I had no idea that this term (tea bagger) can refer to a sex act.

And I still haven’t the foggiest idea of how...and I don’t want to know. For some reason just about everything is somehow related to a sex act in a derogitory way. Why is sex always the bad guy? ‘nother subject....

This person seem to be a heavy imbiber of Kool-aid...a.k.a. the new government cheese.

Dear Suzy,
I always thought of you as a kind lady. Your letter came as a shock containing so much vulgarity and foul language that I could barely read it. It also contained a lot of ignorant ideas about how things have improved, none of which are, in fact, true.
You owe me a sincere apology, although, given the character of your slander, I doubt that you are capable of the shame required to confess the horrid nature of your accusations.
I no longer consider you a nice girl and have unfriended you on my FACEBOOK page.
Jack

The Tea Bagger's neighbor has a 13 year old daughter who had an abortion arranged at school without her parents being notified because some liberal made it possible.

The teabagger's commute to work takes 30 minutes more than it used to because some liberals have made a diamond lane for carpoolers that is vacant most of the time.

The teabagger's son applied for a fire fighter position and though he had the highest test scores he was not hired because minority and female candidates had their scores adjusted because some liberals made it the law to enforce affirmative action.

The teabagger is working an extra part time job to put his daughter through college where she has to pay full tuition even though illegal immigrants do not because some liberals thought it would be compassionate to make a law giving education support to lawbreakers.

Yea right, without the communist’s input, we wouldn’t have clean air or clean water. The air I breathe is the same air I breathed from birth. No commie changed it, at least I hope they didn’t. Since it seems the same. The water I drink comes from some capitalist’s bottle water foundry. Then, when I have to use tap water, it comes from capitalist’s filtration system.

Tell the commie capitalism saved his/her sorry arse from drinking contaminated water. Tell the commie it’s not his/her choice to dictate what anyone has for breakfast. Then tell the commie the air he/she breathes is temporary, since in the end, everyone has one final gasp for air.
