It’s way past time for the U.S. taxpayers to have a little “sick out” of their own!
What part of a signed contract doesn’t this judge understand. Oh, wait. Never mind.
Wow. I feel sorry for the regular people (not the lefty nuts) who live in Madison. Where do the Madison parents go to recover lost wages or increased child care costs with judges like this on the bench?
It’s pretty clear that the kids aren’t the most important thing to teachers, unless they can be used as props in a job action.
What is it, A ham sandwich?
Obviously, there’s nothing wrong with fraudulantly calling out of work. In essence, we are hostage to these unions.
FIRE THEM ALL!!!!
With the current UE rates, I’m SURE there will be many people needing to fill those jobs! All unions need to be broken!
A lawless judge aiding and abetting lawless teachers.
A work stoppage isn’t a strike...and an unprovoked punch in the nose isn’t battery.
Obviously, Judges are elected not appointed in Madison. She wants to keep her job. I would have expected this.
Another “benefit” of public employee unions.
A strike is not a strike.
The judge is promoting anarchy.
As long as they offer a certified doctor’s excuse or don’t get paid, it doesn’t matter.
The school board attorney should gill every teacher till they crack. They must prove where they were for all three days
They lie, they are fired
The idea is to force these idiots to stay away from our schools - forever. Most of these “teachers” could be replaced by any 60+ year old from off the street.
The oldsters would 1) know more history, 2) know more math, and most important 3) know that socialism/communism/Obamaism has NEVAH succeeded.
Anywhere.
Gads, teachers are soooooo dumb.
Up your smelly Obama, “education” union. See you at McDonalds - make mine without cheese Obamaholes.
She also said the three-day work stoppage was not a strike.
BS its three strikes and your out...fire em
Great reporting...
Hey, I can paint your ass green and call it a water-mellon judge, but that doesn't mean it's anything other than an ass, and this is a strike.
This is like me traveling 25 miles over the speed limit, calling it accelerated forward motion, but not actually speeding.
Sounds like anther Carter/Clinton/Obama appointmenty headed nincompoop.
What does it matter what the protesters call it? The whole idea was that the state's children wouldn't be gamed like this. You do understand intent don't you judge?
I wonder if the judge gets paid by the union or is it the legislator, Hmmm.

Voter ID lawsuit tossed out of court
Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen’s lawsuit to force officials to cross-check information on voter rolls before the Nov. 4 election was tossed out of court Thursday.
Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi dismissed the lawsuit, saying Van Hollen lacks the authority to sue the state Government Accountability Board to force it to comply with the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002, known as HAVA.
Sumi said only the U.S. attorney can sue to enforce the federal voter law.
Strikes by teachers are prohibited by state law.
Then Fire their sorry butts.
The old saying is “I’ll keep the money and you can have the cause of action”(lawsuit). They should have fired every teacher who failed to go to school, and let the teachers be the ones asking the court for relief.
If the districts were smart they would’ve put a wildcat clause in.This could be considered a wildcat strike.
If anyone is driving to Madistan, here's a map with parking garages.
And if you live in western Wis. and can't get to Madistan, Minnesota unionists will be gathering in Hudson for their own rally and the locals should meet them there.
You may show support for Gov. Walker's Budget Repair bill by signing this petition, set up by the WisGOP.
Patriots are meeting around 10am at the south steps of the capitol.
