According to others who have posted that live in Wisconsin, to pass fiscal bills there is a separate 3/5 quorum requirement. However...read further in section 7 and a majority quorum is all that is necessary for the Wisconsin House to set penalties for absent members. And they aren’t restricted in what those penalties might be...how about forfeiture of the seat after a certain period and a heavy monetary fine? Then direct the Governor to appoint replacements until an election is held. Problem solved and the yellow Rats sit there in Illinois like idiots. So far, this is the best suggestion I've seen. How can we help make it happen??

Texas Democrats did this once...went to Oklahome. They looked
as stupid as they actually were.
I don’t think the Governor doesn’t need these fools to pass his bill
so what are they doing besides wasting taxpayer money on their

Gateway Pundit says they are back in Wisconsin.....Maybe it's occurring to them that:
1) They better be using their own money for this field trip or be guilty of misappropriation of govt funds
2) They have to continue to be away from their jobs for the scam to work, and that includes staying out of state away from their homes and families
3)The pubbies can have free reign of any lawmaking they want that doesn't include financial laws under Senate rules. That could end a LOT of their favorite programs right there.
4) The fines the pubbies levy on the absent dems could be huge.
5) Who knows what else the pubbies up there have in mind for payback????
I think the dems are in a world of hurt and are going to need to give up on this one. Just my $.02
