islam is a socio-political construct. Not a religion. islam and freedom cannot co-exist.

With that said I have still seen no proof that the female reporter was sexually assaulted.

"What explains the intellectuals’ silence and ignorance?

Because the muslims' inate brutal violence and hate doesn't fit the liberal meme about poor, democracy loving Yoots acting out their frustration against repression by western cultures, Christians and Jews.

Full court press.....

The woman is stupid. No more, no less. She went where she should not have. She flaunted her self as agent provocateur and was taken down.

She attempted to portray strength where there was nothing but weakness. She was a case study in the results of ignorance and stupidity

....the MSM has a problem on their hands....if they yank female reporters from covering places like Egypt it will be an admission that Islam brutalizes women...and that’s not very P.C....here’s what ABS’s Ashley Banfield has to say about her experiance:

I would assert the “embarrassment factor” as evidence of the assault.

Not embarrassment for being raped, mind you,

but embarrassment derived from having to admit that after being staunch Islamic apologists in general, the media had to report a brutal sexual assault by those of the “religion of peace”.

If it didn’t happen, they wouldn’t make up a story like this that would be embarrassing for their prior boosterism of the Islamic culture.

Another form of slavery; fashion.Political correctness which is really social correctness.

It is ‘unfashionable’ to criticize or really examine Islam. Nobody wants to be the odd one out and hold fast and really examine the facts, as in this excellent article. Everybody wants to be in the in crowd.

If the elite think the Muslim religion is essentially harmless, everyone must fall in line or be regarded as a rednecked snaggletoothed conservative racist.

So adherence to elite thought and attitudes is a form of slavery.

“Jihad in Numbers”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2078144/posts

“The real figure of those killed by Islamic Jihad could be somewhere around 300-400 million. Because here we are forgetting to conquests of the Middle East, Persia, the Caucasus and North Africa. There are stories of the Berber tribes people [who now call themselves Arab], put up a good fight against the Islamic invaders, one woman commander among them.”

A lot of people have been hurt or killed recently because of political correctness, which is in reality simply the perpetuation of lies, and the suppression and punishment of truthtelling.

Islam and the Brutal Sex Assault of Lara Logan

For anyone thinking that sharia law might be a good idea, keep this in mind: Under sharia law, after being assaulted on the street by a gang of barbarians, she could be arrested and charged with adultery. The sentence: death by stoning. Tell that to the leftist liberals and the NOW b*tches.

Islam is an Arab superiority cult. The author said that “Arabs are the masters of blacks,” but they are also the masters of everybody else, and Islam is unintelligible except as Arabic imperialism. It comes completely equipped with its own political system and system of slavery and brutal dominance of the people it captures - and the faux “religious” aspect of this - where its scriptures are only supposed to be in Arabic and all its followers are supposed to pray to and visit its foundational places in Saudi Arabia - is just another affirmation of the fact that it is an Arab superiority cult.

Pity, because Arabs are about the dumbest and most destructive people in the Middle East. They were just a bunch of raggedy semi-nomadic caravan raiders until Mohammed, who was completely ruthless and amoral, decided they should up the ante and start attacking cities instead.

FP: Can you give us a brief synopsis of the history of Islamic slavery? Warner: It all started with Mohammed and then went worldwide.

This is a bit underhanded. Slavery was common in the entire region before Mohammed, and it continued under Islam. Technically "Islamic slavery" started with Mohammed, but Mohemmed didn't start slavery. Jews and Christians practiced slavery, and the practice is regulated -- not banned or condemned -- in the Bible. Why? Slavery was part of the culture of the time when the religions were formed.

The important thing to bring from this is that almost all of Christianity has condemned slavery for over a hundred years while it continues, sanctioned and unabated, in the Muslim world. This is just another way that Islam needs to grow up, or be punished by the grown-ups and made to behave.

Btw, the first reports described her as having been beaten and sodomized, and she did have to be hospitalized immediately after she was rescued by the Egyptian army (and apparently a band of brave women came to her aid, too). After she was gotten out of Egypt, she was hospitalized again for repair of her injuries.

There’s no reason for her to be making this up, if only because it puts Muslims in a really bad light and her employer, CBS, certainly wouldn’t want to do that. In fact, CBS announced it only because other news media were about to go public with it. All of the news media is dhimmified.

here’s what ABS’s Ashley Banfield has to say about her experience:

Without question, it enlightened me as to the lengths some Muslim men, in some very strict societies, would go to defy their God for a fleeting thrill.

It is exactly Warner's point that rape is NOT defiance of Allah. It is Sunna. In other words, if Mohammed did it, then it is not only good, but it is rewarded by Allah. What sort of madness leads women reporters, and the bulk of feminists, to betray their gender with such polite commentary on evil?

This might be a little bit of a stretch but perhaps, as nearly all things feminist, it goes back to the issue of abortion. Remember feminists' undying love affair with Teddy Kennedy and Bill Clinton? Their womanizing was easily overlooked because they supported a woman's "right to choose."

As it turns out, in Islam abortion is permissible through the fourth month and is not considered all that problematic beyond that by many Islamic "scholars."

I think that most likely she was groped. A female friend who was I Saudi in the 80s told me that happened to her. This is a primitive society where the concept of individual responsibility is nonexistent,
