New Speaker of the House JOHN BOEHNER is embroiled in a bombshell sex scandal - involving at least two different women, The ENQUIRER has learned!
Capitol Hill insiders and political bloggers have been buzzing about an upcoming New York Times probe - detailing an alleged affair that the 61-year-old married father of two had with pretty Washington lobbyist LISBETH LYONS.
And an ENQUIRER investigation has uncovered a bedroom encounter that Boehner - second in line of succession to the presidency - allegedly had with LEIGH LaMORA, a 46-year-old former press secretary to ex-Colorado Congressman JOEL HEFLEY.
The Ohio native, a congressman for 20 years, and his wife Deborah, 62, have been married for 37 years.

That's true. He's a public figure, which makes it virtually impossible for him to prevail in a defamation suit. Those two women, aren't. They have to feel reasonably comfortable that they have something, because their legal exposure if they don't, would be too great.

How long should someone hang on trying to prove that what the left is saying is a lie? How should they go about trying to clear their name? What level of "clean" is required?
The reason I asked all these questions is that we know:
The left wing media makes crap up, which then gets picked up and repeated by other left wingers.
Even when the lie is exposed, the left wingers print the 'correction' on one of the back pages so no one finds out that the lie was exposed.
Even the smallest indiscretion is blown up to be a huge deal if the perp is a Republican, but the Dems can get away with murder - literally - and not be asked to resign.
I just think if we are going to expect Republicans to resign at any hint of impurity, we should throw an absolute hissy fit until Dems toss out their wrong-doers as well.
These stories were out last Sept. If they are true, Boehner should never have become Speaker..If they are true..they should run him out of town...He needs to come out immediately with an absolute, unequivocal denial...anything less..the House GOP Caucus should immediately remove him if he doesn’t resign..
I’m afraid we’ll get another “Denny Hastert”.
It needs to be made mandatory to run on the GOP ticket you must sear allegiance to your wife. And if caught cheating you must pay back every dime ever spent on your lousy ass.
I keep going back to Perot. He said “Surely we can find 535 men and women who don’t cheat on their spouses.” Apparently we can’t.
