Following a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the constitutionality of the new health care law, Assistant Senate Majority Leader Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) told CNSNews.com that the Obama administration should continue enforcing the health care law despite federal judge Roger Vinson’s ruling that it is unconstitutional.

Obamacare has been ruled unconstitutional by a senior federal judge. After 1/31/2011, spending any money on Obamacare is misappropriation of funds and a felony. A motion for contempt must be filed against Dick Durbin.
34 states are going to end up putting the KIBOSH on these madmen. We may be too far gone for any remedy but a Con-Con. I am losing hope that these problems can be solved by the current Federal System.

Not surprised that a judicial finding is considered no restraint to ‘Rats who routinely are unconstrained by the Constitution of the United States of America. Oh, and Turban is a Dick.
