State law enforcement officers shall inquire into the criminal suspect’s immigration status, and report relevant information to federal immigration enforcement authorities.
It is unclear from my reading the executive order whether it applies to all law enforcement agencies in the state, or just to officers under the jurisdiction of the State Police.
I think it only applies to NMSP.
