Judge Declares Pro-Abortion ObamaCare Unconstitutional

A federal judge in Florida has issued a new ruling in what is the largest lawsuit filed against the Obamacare health care law. U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson says the individual mandate is unconstitutional and, therefore, the entire law is as well.

Leading pro-life groups have opposed the Obamcare law because it allows massive abortion funding and prompts concerns about rationing of health care.

Not saying I agree, but the argument is that medicare is a tax on EVERYONE and not a penalty for those that don’t buy something.

Had the government pushed single payer then they may have won.

Well, you and I should both agree that the Federal government has no constitutional business in medical care at all. If the Commerce Clause trumps everything else in the constitution then we have no more constitution, effectively. Don’t you agree?

I agree. Federal government as very little business in most everything we do; however, the reality is that we are the minority in that opinion and we need to start to influence others to think like us. AND appoint federal judges who agree with us as well.

GOP will probably try to hedge their bets and say we love obamacare, but the judges said it's illegal. Then the supremes uphold the law and we are stuck.

They need to continue to defund and overturn every piece of this monstrosity.

It wasn’t Medicare. It was your Health Insurance Company that required it to reduce costs to them. You could cancel your private health insurance and still keep your hospital insurance under Medicare. Your private insurance co. will pay for things not covered by Medicare. It’s best to contact Medicare or your private insurance co

Golly gee, you mean they lied to me! Thanks for the heads up. I don’t feel like having healthinsurance anyway. I’m 62 and in better health than I have been in a long time since I took things into my own hands. Cut the carbs, take suppliments and drink beer! You’ll live longer. Most guys my age are on blood pressure meds and are told not to drink. If they cut the carbs completely, almost, they would reverse the hardinging of their arteries. It’s called glycation, look it up!

Yep, they lied to you but if you only accepted Part A (hospitalization), you’re O.K. You’ve already paid for that through payroll tax. If you want B,C and D, I think you pay a premium.
Your health-maintenance philosophy sounds good—particularly the beer part.

Your Medicare hospital Insurance is free of charge,(part a). Part b, is for anything other other than hospital care, and you will be charged for it.Nonetheless, you are not forced by law to buy it under Medicare.Without a health ins. supplement you will pay 20% of what Medicare doesn't pay even under part b.Your Health ins. supplement should pay that 20% difference.

BTW, when you're hospitalized there is an initial deductable which amounts to several hundred dollars that a private ins. co. should cover. Contact them and find out how much before dropping them.

Get it in writing!
