This time the pictures, the demonstrations about democracy and freedom, are from Tahrir Square in Cairo. This time the opposition leader is a brave, learned man named Mohamed ElBaradei, standing up over these past few days the way the heroes always do in these moments.
He has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in his distinguished life and served as the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency. And in the runup to George Bush's war in Iraq, ElBaradei stood up there, too, telling Bush and Dick Cheney that he did not believe Saddam Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction.

Elbaradei is a glory hound...so says John Bolton.
I see somebody made use of their knee pads before sitting down to write this article.
>>He has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in his distinguished life and served as the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency.<<
Well there you have it. Hes a good guy because he got a peace prize and we know anyone who has a peace prize is a good leader and example. /s
Elbaradei is an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood.
I never trusted ElBaradei and I never will.
So, how’s everyone’s personal relationship with their Creator?
Elbaradei is a worthless tool of the UN and the Islamists, seeking to undermine the West.
As Bolton said yesterday:
“If Elbaradei is the answer, I’d hate to hear the question.”
There, fixed it for you.
No kidding. He was hardly “fearless” executing his duties while at the IAEA.
The NY Times left out the part where the ‘independent’ El Baradei is bought and paid for by Iran.
“The Egyptian Newspaper Al Youm Al Sabeh reports: In a communication to the Attorney General of Egypt, Dr. Yasser Najib Abdel Mabboud, has accused Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, former Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency and a candidate in the Egyptian presidential elections, of receiving funds exceeding $7 million (US) from Irans leadership as support for political reform in Egypt.”
Where’s the “hurl!” warning?!
This writer is a complete fool.
Should he gain power in a rudderless Egypt, El Baradei will quickly become a puppet of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Egyptians will be much worse off and ruled with an iron fist. This is not a new scenario/game plan. Can anyone spell IRAN in 1979?
I'm glad we don't have anyone like that in charge of us.
Isn’t that idiot Mike Lupica a SPORT”S WRITER???
P.S. He ain't that great on sports either.
Sure, just like Yassir Arafat*!
*Damn his soul to hell.....
No, no Islamo-marxists in our White House. Nope. /s
