29-year-old Salvador Portillo-Saravia is a fugitive from justice, wanted for raping the 8-year-old daughter of an acquaintance on December 26th of last year. Portillo-Saravia is a native of El Salvador and a known member of MS-13 who just days before the alleged rape of the child was in a Loudoun County jail on public intoxication charges. Police claim that when they released him they didnt know he was an illegal alien.
Authorities believe that while Portillo-Saravia and a friend were visiting a woman, reportedly the friends girlfriend, the fugitive sneaked into the childs bedroom and sexually assaulted her. The woman and her boyfriend claim to have not heard the assault.
Portillo-Sarvia was deported in 2003 but he was not in the ICE database of criminal offenders. The police involved in the case are using that fact to shift the public ire from them to the federal government. However, ICE and the police are not the main problem in this case, or the hundreds like it. Portillo-Saravia is a member of one of the most violent criminal organizations in the word and had already re-entered the country after deportation. And it is doubtful that the victim of his rape was his first victim, especially given the fact that MS-13 members take pride in being known as rapists. MS-13 is known to use the motto Kill, Rape, Control.
Deporting individual gang members cannot stop the illegal alien driven crime waves we see in many cities.
The problem is not immigration, its importation. The Left, and some on the Right, have actively dismantled the two strongest defenses to imported violence: our insistence on immigrant assimilation and our exportation of American values abroad.

Illegal aliens raping children PING
MS-13 gangs cross US borders with impunity and are subsidized by US taxpayers.
The Left, and some on the Right, have actively dismantled the two strongest defenses to this violence on US soil: (1) insistence on immigrant assimilation, and, (2) sap-happy notion of exporting American values abroad.
They had to close down a community park here in GA because the gangs had taken over and rape was frequent. We were sent a warning from the police at our neighboring park to be careful because the initiation in into this particular gang was rape.
These gangs do not hide! Yet the police don’t do anything. They should be classified as Terrorist Organizations. Deport the women and children, take the men and incarcerate them forever. Send them to GITMO!
You mean he didn’t come here to mow yards, has anyone told mccain.
No. The problem is not shooting these animals on sight

They eventually stopped at a convenience store in Chesapeake, where the victim escaped and called police.

Between black-out sessions brought on from the agony, watching his life being pulled off in little chunks and ooze away on live TV (Univision and Telemundo) would be instructive to his fellow monkey-people as to why it is not advisable to sneak into the US and commit heinous crimes.
