A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.
Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:
"Yesterday, talking to Neil's office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ..... there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii."
But that’s no longer Evans’ story.
“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

This grows as watergate grew. If Palin runs on Feb. 4th a huge surge of energy will pump through the veins of the conservative movement in America.
Republican's crushed the Democrats in the South and Mid-west at the state level, New laws are coming requiring SOS's to check eligibility of candidates in some the states where Republicans control State House, State Senate and State Governorship. What does Obama do then, run a proxy candidate in Arizona and try to Re-cycle the electors into his "account?" Try explaining that one to the American electorate, one informed by a massively funded Palin campaign that will rip out Obama's political entrails and expose the sight and overwelming stench of corruption and lies this man peddles.
Pressured by the Obama OZ powers to retract. I heard the interview. He seemed very passionate about what he was saying.

These are the parsed words of a scared sh*tless man. We can see how you did "NOT" talk to Neil. We can see that you talked to his "office."
Listening to the audio and then hearing him talk about "Neil" and "him" throughout the entire interview makes me wonder, are there any other hospitals you habitually refer to as "him" or "Neil?"
I bet this guy is scared, badly.

By the way, I sincerely hope that you and your family have not be threatened in any way any the Chicago Obamathugs. Yes, I know what happened in Kenya with Obama’s cousin's machete wielding “supporters”.

Don't you get it? ... Didn't you see the movie? ... He ALREADY HAS FOUND THE HORSE HEAD IN HIS BED. ... He has been made an "offer he can not refuse". Hence his sudden "change of heart," his sudden retraction of concrete statements he made just a few days ago. The old "I must have been out of my mind, you misunderstood what I was saying, I did not say what I said, it was the one armed man." ... He talks about “talking at the office”, but now he claims he just left a message saying who he was and asking for a return call, IIRC.

When I saw what he said the day before, I knew that it would be a short time before he retracted it.
Either way you look at it the man is a liar. I listened to the recording of him talking...that is not a person who is misspeaking...unless it is a case of major name dropping.
Whatever, we are back to where we were before.
I have finally concluded that an original long form BC does not exist for Mr. Obama. Now why is that:
(1) It was destroyed? That would really look fishy.
(2) He wasn’t born in a hospital in Hawaii. Meaning he may have been born outside one in Hawaii or elsewhere...possible Kenya as many have proposed. There is no way to know.
I’m not going to lose any sleep over this, but I do hope that several states will sucessfully get their laws changed to require a candidate for POTUS to prove (with original B.C.) their natural born status. I don’t see how the POTUS could logically challenge these laws without looking like he is hiding something.
