WASHINGTON -- Two years after running against President Barack Obama, Senator John McCain says he sees a change.
Appearing on CBS' "Face the Nation," McCain expressed optimism that Obama will lead Democrats and Republicans to find common ground on key issues.

Asked if the push to repeal health care reform is a waste of time -- because Senate Democrats will block repeal and, should it pass, the president would veto it -- McCain said, "We need to have a vote on it because we promised the people we would. We campaigned that we would `repeal and replace'. We have to have a vote on repeal, so that everybody's on record whether they want to repeal. Then, I think, piece by piece, we go through -- quote -- replacing."
McCain said he believes that, this time around, Democrats are more willing to negotiate on specifics of the health care program.

At Obama's State of the Union address on Tuesday, McCain plans to sit with Sen. Tom Udall, a Democrat from New Mexico.
The Arizona Republican said he thinks having Democrats and Republicans sit together instead of dividing by parties is "a good idea."

I saw him say this. He’s either losing it, or lying through his RINO teeth.
What, John no longer thinks "(Obama) is a decent person, and a person that you do not have be scared as President of the United States"...?
Naah, must be some *other* change.
Whew... Can anybody be as naive and stupid as McCain?
The rats must laugh their asses off at this pathetic chump.
Obama is laughing all the way to re-election when he reads crap like this...
He just doesn’t have a clue, does he. He has no idea that O just uses words for his own gain, —— that he will say anything,—— because there are fools like McCain who will believe them.
This is why most citizens don’t bother to vote.
If your choice is between Bubonic Plague and AIDS, why bother?
McCain is an idiot plain and simple...
Amazing how things change right after the election. I can’t believe Arizona keeps re-electing this RINO clown. (OK, Utah has some long-endurance RINOs, too, but we’re getting busy running ours out of town!)
You can just stop at opportunist.
His entire life.
Flush this idiot with the rest of the turds!
On a different note
People easily hypnotized follow this guy...

Keep it out there!
McC needs to be tested for Alzheimers.
Charlie Brown syndrome. He can’t wait to have that football pulled, again.
...oh, John.
Too cool!
GOD, please help save our Nation. Amen.

J.D. Hayworth mopped the floor with this guy in a debate and still couldn’t beat him. There are a lot more kooks in Arizona than Jared Loughner.
Stockholm Syndrome.
Please don’t hurt me...I see your point of view...Let me help you.
In my opinion McCain started campaigning for Obama while running for President.
McCain picked Palin to be the whipping post, while McCain and Obama never really traded blows (most of Obama’s campaign was against Bush and Palin, and Bush wasn’t running!)
Please tell me that this is part of Sarah Palin’s genius. I like her a lot but I’m not real happy that she was stumping for this corndog down in AZ. Maybe she felt she owed him something for having her as a running mate (even though he threw her under the bus the minute the election was lost, and remember all those stories about Sarah being all mean and snipy on the campaign trail? Apparently, a lot of newly unemployed McCain campaign people needed rent money and the MSM operatives were there with cash in hand on the down-low).
