Mark R. Levin just put out a request for anyone who has a video of Rhambo as a ballerina to let him know. 6:30 p.m CST. Jan 24. Said he would be very interested in it.
The residency rules also apply to the police and fire department. If they had ruled for the Rahminator, they would have opened Chicago up to many lawsuits re firings for sham residency schemes. In the law there is a simple guiding term called “strict scrutiny” -
“May” is not strict scrutiny
“Will” or “Shall” are strict scrutiny
I much doubt that the Illinois state statute regarding residency says “May”
The 2nd Ammendment does not say that “Congress ‘May’ make no law”
It says “Congress ‘Shall’ make no law”
