Speaking on CBS' "Face the Nation," the Arizona senator had some praise for the man who defeated him in the 2008 presidential election.
"The president, I think, has learned a lot in the last two years as any president does. He is a very intelligent man. I think he's doing a lot of right things," he said.

The left foisted McCain on us, and we took the bait. Shame on us. And a look at the polls for 2012 show they're doing it to us again. MSM pushing progressive Republicans, supported by the Republican elites, culminating in a progressive Republican candidate in 2012.
The MSM love McCain, he was supported by Republican elites, including Palin, and that was more than enough to overcome the Tea Party conservatives.
I'm afraid it's all just repeating itself.

Obama may have learned a few things, but obviously McCain hasn't: Oh yes he has. McCain is Lucy and Charlie Brown is the idiots who keep on voting for him.
To: Innovative
It's unfortunate that it was not possible for both McCain and Zero to lose the 2008 election.

John McCain, not satisfied with losing the presidency for the Republican party in 2008, looks to double down by doing everything he can to make sure that, no matter who is nominated, Obama will win.
People of Arizona who voted this guy back in because he pretended to be conservative for a couple of months: SHAME ON YOU!!!

It stinks to have to watch as the same old script gets replayed as if it were a Broadway musical.

He praises Obama and denigrates conservatives. Is there any wonder there wasn’t broad and deep support for him in 2008?

Now that I can do that from any party, what is the reason for me to remain registered as a Republican? Seriously. I will be re-registering as an independent within weeks. That was my exact justification. Open primaries are an intolerable insult and there is no reason other than to dilute the vote of conservatives for them.
