Photos of Nadya Suleman, aka Octomom, whipping a grown man dressed as a baby may be pushing the boundaries of good taste, but will it also be setting her up for a visit from Social Services?
Terry Lynn Fisher, public information officer for the Orange County Social Services Agency, would not comment to FOX411 on whether Suleman is currently being investigated as a result of the raunchy photos. But she said certain parameters must be met for an investigation to be initiated.
“Allegations of abuse or neglect must rise to the legal level and descriptions of abuse or neglect,” Fisher explains to FOX411.com. “Having said that, all of our social workers take all child abuse reports very seriously and they respond appropriately within the parameters of the law.”
The photos, obtained by TMZ.com, show Suleman dressed in a tight leather corset, whipping mustachioed LA radio personality Tattoo, who is sporting diapers, baby bonnet and a bib.
The action takes place in Suleman's La Habra, CA home–which she shares with her 14 children, including the famed octuplets, born January 26, 2009.
The series of photos include a shot of the pair cuddling in bed as Suleman feeds Tattoo, born David Gonzalez, a bottle. Another photo features Tattoo being whipped by Suleman as he rides a toy pony. A third photo shows Suleman “punishing” Gonzalez by making him have a “time out” in a children’s play castle. A crib and children’s toys appear in several of the photos.

She’s a superfreak.
The authorities have been out to lunch regarding Octomom ever since she was in the news two years ago! That would have been the first and ample opportunity to investigate her for having all those kids and no means to support them!! If the authorities wanted to take her kids away, they should have already two years ago.
Don’t make her mad. She might have another baby at us.

They should take those kids and put them in homes with parents who will not look to them curing their psychoses.
For the sake of Pete, she is whipping a diapered, tattooed man on the bed her children share with her in the room with a crib that most likely is used by the baby who still has a cleft palate.
She is supposed to be broke so I am not sure she can still afford nannies. Where are the children right now? Watching their mom act the whore? 14 of them. 14, people. They certainly are not getting the attention they need to grow up to be stable adults. She is collecting money for the disabled kids and maybe food stamps. Our tax dollars at work. The doctor that implanted her with the eggs should be sued by the state and have his estate liquidated to pay for their support which should cost the taxpayers millions of dollars, taking into account the disabled ones will need medical care and special schooling until they are adults.
Child services needs to do daily visits. Shouldn’t take long to get enough to get an emergency order to remove them.
I wish she would spontaneously combust.
