I propose we ban Chuck Schumer. He should be illegal and locked up.

We have a President of the United States that admits to using drugs.

Would Chuck the Schmuck deny the President the right toown a handgun? Would he deny Patrick Kennedy the right to own a handgun?

Chuck the Schmuck is so full of crap it should be running out of his ears.

Gee Schmuck: How would you find out the names of people who used drugs and did not go to a military recruiter.

He must have picked this booger out of his nose.

The first is that Americans have a Second Amendment right to own handguns

Actually Chuckie, it doesn't specify handguns.

Chucky — how about requiring college applicants to answer the question on their applications and then repeat it on annual statements as a requirement for receiving any financial aid?

Our side is missing the ball on this one.

Why isn't our side calling for a new to outlaw all Schizophrenia!

Make it a 1st degree felony with mandatory 5 year mental health incarceration.

Show them Democrats that Republicans can propose "good" laws too!

As the pen is mightier than the sword, how about we make it illegal for current and former drug users to hold elected office. (Yes, coke is and was illegal)

Random drug testing for anyone holding any elected office, just to keep folks honest.

Fur Shur "Chucky" Schumer has a horse in this race ~ he does not want people tried and convicted for being totally whacked out nutballs ~ else, he'd never get out of jail.

That's why he's diverting our attention to bullets and stuff.

Drugs are illegal, for good or (mostly) ill...
No, Robert, drugs are not illegal, no matter what you have been taught or led to believe.
Drugs are controlled substances.
For example, "possession of a controlled substance", not "possession of an illegal drug". Or "sale of a controlled substance", not "sale of an illegal drug".
If "drugs" were, in and of themselves, 'illegal' then no doctor anywhere could prescribe any drugs at any time. By 'controlling' drugs the government gets to restrict acts committed with regards to certain 'drugs'.

... and therefore drug users are by definition criminals.
Wrong again. Drug users are, by definition, statutory violators. A person speeding down a road is also a statutory violator, but they can hardly be called a criminal in the manner you're implying.

When they admit drug use does that include the drug alcohol?

I’m going to start an “Oh, come now!” award. Oh, come now, Sen. Schumer.

Chuck Schumer is a worthless, bottom-dwelling parasite. After watching his despicable behavior during the Waco testimony, hearing he's proposing something like this comes as no surprise. NY’ers should be ashamed of themselves for continually validating Chuckie’s parking slip.

I highly recommend “Waco; Rules of Engagement” to anyone who wants to see Chuckie and the rest of Washington's vermin in action.

How this turd keeps getting elected is beyond me.
I don;t know of anyone who votes for him, yet he crushes all opposition in the polls.

That whole “due process” thing keeps getting in the way of folks like Chuck and his ilk...

Of course making a list doesn’t stop the illicite trade of guns to those who are hell bent on getting one and using it to commit crimes with them...

But the father of the 9 year-old girl murdered was very eloquent, far more credible and founded (than all the elected officials in this country combined) when he said that this is the country we are free to live in, and these are the risks we face in living in a free society...

I say, “for now”...
