If that assclown obama resigned today the stock market would instantly explode and job loss numbers would instantly start declining.
Increase job growth would require companies locally... Which also requires investment capital to fund them.
To get there, reduce taxes on everyone, corporations and individuals alike, and introduce strict tariff policies on goods coming from countries with average yearly salary under some number (like $5k... some percentage of the average American salary)
This will allow capital to build and give enough ‘room’ for local corporations to compete
He’ll make it easier to hire illegal aliens (undocumented Democrats).
