President Obama and the first family will join D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray to worship at the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church in Northwest during a service that will reflect on the spiritual fervor of Martin Luther King Jr.
Last year the president delivered a major address the Sunday before Martin Luther King Jr. Day at the Districts Vermont Avenue Baptist Church where King spoke when he was alive.

Don't get too enthused. I'm quite sure this is all for show in part of his remake to look less like the left wing radical he actually is. It's all politics and image remake so that the nit-wit voters will fawn over his deep religious beliefs.

These Churches are quite socially conservative, pro-life and not very fond on the homosexual agenda.
Bu, since it’s a DC Church, especially on the NW side of DC, it will be lefty and probably Black Liberation oriented.

At the church he’ll be attending will more than likely be preaching about the evils of talk radio and how Sarah Palin is the antichrist and how they managed to get into that boy in Tuson’s head and instructed him to kill.
